Location is ok, not the greatest, but ok. Very close to a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. The best restaurant in Oradea is located there - Piata 9. It is a little far, 2 km away, from the city center, but if the weather allows it, I recommend a walk to the city center. Apartment is ok, everything looks new. Keyless checkin is also a great option. Let's not forget about the free parking spot.
