A wonderful experience: The location is beautiful and well situated, with a lovely view. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and attentive to everyone's needs. The pool, restaurant, and rooms are all of very high quality. And the cleaning service is excellent. One area for improvement would be the fitness room equipment, which could be upgraded with new, more functional machines. The generous and delicious breakfast and the hotel-airport shuttle service were included in the price, which made it really good value for money. On top of that, communication with the manager took place even before we arrived at the hotel and continued until we left: it was clear, regular but not too much, and all needed information. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Kigali in comfort.
