Very Good Hotel in aziziya Makka...The staff is friendly and Hospitable. Only 10 Minutes to masjid ul haram by taxi. Location is Good. The Big Mosque is the nearest. Taxi charge 15 Rial Usually...Busy hours 20 Rial. All over the experience is very good. Very good restaurants and shopping malls are nearest to the hotel. And the Gawa and dates on reception available most of the time are awesome. Note: If you are coming by taxi ask him to go to the opposite street of Discount Store or Top Ten store. Near Baldia Aziziya.

"My stay at Al Joud Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience! This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, especially for those visiting Masjidil Haram. The shuttle bus service to the Haram was a standout feature—running regularly and making the trip quick and hassle-free, even during busy times. It dropped me off just a short walk from the mosque, which was ideal. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfy beds and modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The location is great too, with easy access to local shops and eateries. I’d highly recommend Al Joud Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with reliable transport to Masjidil Haram!"

I have tried multiple hotels around the Haram, and this is the only hotel that I happily stayed in twice. I can confidently say that it is a perfect place to stay in. Starting with the reception staff who are always kind and welcoming, and special thanks to Mr. Mshari Al-Rhaili who treated us with unparalleled kindness and care. Moving to the restaurant starf who are also very helpful and would happily assist you without even asking for their help, in addition to a great variety of food. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Lastly, the place of the hotel and the distance to AlHaram is perfect and extremely near. A perfect stay, very happy to recommend it.

Great customer service from Raed, he went above and beyond with his customer service. Made the trip enjoyable and pleasant, my dad was critical in hospital and he made every effort to help us with our stay. All concierges and helpers were really nice alhamdulillah . I would suggest to stay here and contact Raed for the best service.
