The staff went above and beyond. There was a mix-up with the room we were given but the staff quickly and apologetically found a solution that worked for all. Breakfast was a basic buffet. Only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. If we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The hotel had plenty of facilities, pool, gym wonderful views from the restaurant and terrace. They told me that the reception would be closed at my arrival, but that they would depose my room key outside and leave some food in the fridge for late night hunger. It is not the most modern hotel, but very clean and quiet and decorated everywhere with a lot of love and care for being in this business and being a host for well respected guests.

It was very clean and tidy with beautiful furniture. Nice windows, beautiful colors of these wooden houses. It was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Vilhelmina is just a 5-7 minute walk. They provide no breakfast, but I had a kitchen. Went to the only café in town anyway to have a sandwich and a coffee.RainerSweden
