The hotel was excellent, with standout service at the front desk, especially from Veronica, and attentive staff in the dining area. We stayed in the cozy tiny house, which was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for us and our traveling pets. The breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and varied each day, served buffet style. The spa area enhanced our stay with a small, relaxing pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. Great surroundings with beautiful mountains around.

I really liked that the place is calm, it has a big garden, there were not many people, it was clean, the staff was very nice, you can play badminton in that garden. There was a good playground and hiking spots nearby. the view was beautiful. the breakfast was good.

We needed cheaper hotel in Tatras area for one night so we expected older hotel. Room was clean except carpet that needed cleaning.

Really nice small and organized hotel, with a homely and friendly atmosphere. There were lovely Christmas decorations. And very tasty food in the hotel's restaurant. I have stayed there with friends of mine for two days. We really enjoyed our walk in the nearby forest, no crowds, really beautiful nature, like in the winter fairytale. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is fabulous. We were welcomed with all necessary things in the room and even more. The fridge in the room was stuffed with any kind of drink and at our arrival also chocolates on our pillows were there waiting for us. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant of the hotel and choice is wide and quality high. Rooms with balcony had two chairs and flowers on the balcony. The hotel is very quiet and staff was extremely kind. I was not feeling very well and they allowed me to take Breakfast in the room. Everything was so good that we decided to stay one more night so they found an exactly the same room and charged us the same price. Everything was perfect.

We were excited to take our dogs along on the trip. Also very polite staff, delicious breakfast, large room, convenient location, parking.

This was undoubtedly the best stay we've ever had (and we travel a lot). Beautiful hotel with fairytale atmosphere, clean, nice and comfy rooms. The staff here is excellent and professional, they met all our (well my, as I have food allergies) needs when dining and for breakfasts. Spa was exceptional and a great massage helped me to recharge and de-stress. I cannot wait to return here. Thank you very much! :)

A perfect place to stay during a trip to the Slovak Tatras! We had a wonderful room: very spacious and modern. The spa was a great after hiking and the breakfast offer was huga and everything was delicious! A shame we only stayed for one night: next time we will definitely stay for longer!

Nice hotel around 20km from mountains. 3 person apartment was big and comfortable with small kitchen counter, ideal for family or group friends.
