clean, delicious breakfast, great administration and staff

Friendly staff, good bar/restaurant. The rooms need to be replaced, they are really old. Plenty of free parking.

Really nice small and organized hotel, with a homely and friendly atmosphere. There were lovely Christmas decorations. And very tasty food in the hotel's restaurant. I have stayed there with friends of mine for two days. We really enjoyed our walk in the nearby forest, no crowds, really beautiful nature, like in the winter fairytale. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, everything brand new with extremely comfortable beds and wondreful view of the forest. My son especially liked the floor heating in the shower.

Room is big and comfortable. Nice minibar. The quality of the provided room items are pretty good.

Very good location, very clean

Surprisingly excellent quality hotel in a fantastic location. Great value for money, very kind staff—especially the lovely bartender lady, whom we thank again for everything :) The wellness area is clean and fully satisfying. The view from the pool is amazing! Cleanliness and a pleasant fragrance can be felt everywhere. The restaurant offers a brilliant selection of local dishes, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh—you can find everything you need for a perfect morning, including prosecco! Our room was well-sized, with a balcony and a view of the mountains. There are plenty of hiking opportunities nearby. Overall, they gave us a perfect weekend, and we will definitely return. Thank you!

Very nice, clean and quiet facility. Lobby bar, day bar, wellness and pool available. Huge rooms, perfect location, great staff, regular but quality breakfast

Location, room size, lake view, breakfast, spa

Very quite and nice location close to the train stop, really rich breakfast and kind staff. Room was simple but clean with big terrace.

The hotel was excellent, with standout service at the front desk, especially from Veronica, and attentive staff in the dining area. We stayed in the cozy tiny house, which was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and ideal for us and our traveling pets. The breakfast and dinner offerings were delicious and varied each day, served buffet style. The spa area enhanced our stay with a small, relaxing pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. Great surroundings with beautiful mountains around.

Convenient location, good value for money

Home away from home sums it up well. The room we had was beautifully designed with incredible view of the lake. Every detail was taken into consideration with impeccable taste. They provided our son with a set of 2 robes as they weren't sure of his exact size! We got also a welcome gift of some sweets for our son, fruit and wine and complimentary bottles of water which were replaced when preparing the room for us before going to bed. We also had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant accompanied with good Slovakian wine with children's cutlery for our son! Very attentive staff and beautiful spa with a view to the lake!
