Great location, right at the beach with direct access. Bar and restaurant at the beach in 5min walking distance. Friendly and attentive staff as well as a welcoming host, who helped us find rental companies for quads and scooters. Nice, big breakfast and great view of the sunset. After having visited some beautiful remote places in Senegal...

After having visited some beautiful remote places in Senegal, Somone felt very touristic. It is a nice place with a lovely beach and mangrove, so there is plenty to explore. However, given that it is a place where tourists flock, there are quite a few pretty aggressive street sellers and hustlers, so do not expect to enjoy your dinner in peace and quiet. The beaches are easily accessible if you stay in one of the hotels at the beach front, for everyone else there are only a few access routes. A great place if sun bathing and swimming is your cup of tea, for a genuine experience of true Senegal there are better places.

I will not stay here in the future The house was old Falling apart Power and internet went out many times Breakfast was not serve I had to pay for it . House was not clean No hot water The worse the owner close the master bedroom and we had to sleep in a very tiny room . It was bad

We had a wonderful stay at the Havre de Paix. The hotel is next to the beach, everything is clean and the beds are so confortable. The staff is charming and were there to help us every time. We changed our stay from 2 to 6 days. We could have the break and rest that we needed to come back and return fully recharged to our projects.

My second stay at this beautiful and charming hotel in walking distance from Lagune de Somone. Excellent amenities, clean, and very pleasant staff. Great value for money. Much, much nicer in comparison with the tourist machine next door, and similar establishments in nearby Saly.

Modest and authentic with great staff and a wonderful beach. Bandia Park is also not far away and a taxi is easy to organize. Sunrise can be seen about 1km south of hotel over the water, sunset is centered in front of the hotel terrace.
