The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated, a large room with two comfortable double beds. We had a sea view room with a good-sized balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom is big and well laid out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and assisted us with wheelchair and car parking. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, daily supply and extra on request including mineral water. High quality toiletries. A free sunlounger, parasol and beach towel. A great lively bar and very good restaurant. Location right at the bay. A trustworthy taxi driver, Mathilde, who also does island tours. During the day the town is lively with all the tourists from the cruise ships but after 6.00 shops, restaurants and bars close with very few exceptions. To have an alternative for the hotel restaurant a taxi or car needs to be taken. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, we can recommend Emilio's which is relatively close but not really walking distance.

Service was exceptional. As a female solo traveller I would say Sint Maarten is the place to go and Commodore Suites is the place to stay. Farida and the rest of the crew there were amazing. Best advice and so close to the beach ⛱️. Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday at the Hilton nearby. On the main street for all types of food and experiences. To say I am coming back doesn't even say it all. The experience almost makes you want to get a remote job and live there. Free drinks mixed by Farida.....new mixes and real fun. TV had all the apps you needed on vacation for viewing fun. Comfy bed, great shower and the ability to wash and dry my clothes before coming back home was priceless. Missing something? There is a grocery with EVERYTHING right downstairs. Want a great view in a hot tub? Go upstairs. Want to eat out? Take a 2-5 minute walk. There is also delivery. My introduction to the country could not have been better.

Mary Boon's is conveniently located near the Sint Maarten airport. The rooms open up onto the beach where one can enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine during the warm sunny days of beautifully cool nights - with a drink from the resort's bar. My room was clean and comfortable with a fan as well as AC. I could also open the windows (without the AC, of course) to let in the ocean breeze and hear the surf at night. A small grocery store a short walk away sells beer, milk, tea etc. The resort has a restaurant and several other restaurants and stores are a short walk in town.

The room was very big, an apartment actually with a full kitchen. The style of the decor was probably 1980/90. Bed very comfortable. Towels a bit oldie. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Wifi works well. I had a lovely view over the beach. Right below the hotel there's a nice restaurant and many cafes around. You are on the beach board walk and you have all kinds of shops available. Within walking distance you have a taxi stand.

Beautiful place, good located, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood, friendly people. It is easy to go around, by walk, taxi or local bus. Close to Maho beach where you can enjoy views of landing aircrafts.
