First of all I really appreciate all the staffs, they welcome us very warmly and treated us kindly throughout our whole vacation. Even the security guard was very nice too. It was very quiet at the hotel so its perfect if you want to relax. Although its quiet far from many tourist spots but you can just take grab or bolt anywhere. Phuket Old Town is less than 20 minutes from the hotel, though. Which is a plus point. The room was clean, toilet was also very clean. Bedsheets smell nice and the bed was comfortable too. There's netflix too in case you wanna chill in the room. We got room 404 which we can see a lake (?) when we open our balcony. It was very nice. Warm water and cold water in the bathroom worked well too. The air-conditioner was cold too. You can request for iron from the receptionist too. Nothing to complain about the room. Housekeepers kept it tidy for the whole trip. Thank you. We also loved the pool, definitely one of our favorite thing from the trip. There wasnt too many people using the pool at one time so it was nice. I love the hotel's aesthetic and slight hint of pink they used for the decorations. So so cute and Instagrammable. Every spot in the hotel is perfect for photo. There was also 7-Eleven within 8 minutes walk from the hotel. Theres a lot of places you can get foods from near to the 7-Eleven, but the road to the 7E can be quiet dark after 6.30pm. But it was in a neighbourhood so I think its still safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're going for a relaxing, chill type of trip.

The staff was very nice and helped me a lot with a problem I had with my rental car. I asked them to call my rental company and speak with them in the Thai language. They called rental company several times and helped me to solve the problem. The hotel is clean and modern, and my room was spacious and had a balcony. Hotel's location will not be a problem if you rent a car or bike or use cheap taxis.

The room was amazing. I booked a Deluxe King Suite room. It was so spacious and clean. The room was pool facing. I stayed for just one day and I booked this hotel because it is super close to bus station. However, I wish we had stayed more here. The staff kept our luggage safe before and after we checked out. They also gave us room at 12 instead of 2pm since we reached a bit early.

If you aren’t utilizing the bus station for your to or from journey somewhere, stay elsewhere, there’s plenty of different locations but then the night before your early bus trip, stay the 1 night here.
