Perfect stay! The owner Jerome makes sure that every guest is taken care off and has the best experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the option for the french breakfast with real butter! And the view can't be beat - whether that's from the restaurant, the room or the pool. A real gem and I will recommend this place to all those who come to the island :)

A wonderful little newly built place which is located perfectly to explore around the wonderful island of koh yao yai. But what makes it even more special are the amazing hosts Franck and Joy. They made it feel it more like visiting a family than just a stay. They answered all the questions we had beforehand, arranged motorcycles despite high season(one of them was quite new), arranged pick up from pier, helped us with local tips and even dropped us off at the pier when we checked out. Now one can understand why i said it was more like a family visit. We wish them good luck with their venture and we can’t wait to visit them back again sometime and will recommend them to anyone considering to stay in koh yao yai 🙂 And did i mention the amazing coconut trees and cute hens and cats around the houses that makes it all very nature filled and peaceful.

We absolutely loved staying at Koh Yao Beach Front! Our clean and comfortable bamboo bungalow was right in front of the beach which made catching the sunrise very easy. The staff were so lovely and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many options including: eggs (cooked to order), sausages, ham, a Thai noodle dish, vegetables, fruit (watermelon, pineapple), pancakes, cereal with milk, toast (with butter, jam, honey), water, juice, tea and coffee. Beach Front also provides kayaks for free which was great! We absolutely recommend staying here, we definitely will next time we visit Koh Yao Yai!

I have already raved about this place to other friends and told them to book this spot and they have. The bed was so comfortable and the facilities just so nice. Also the view. That view was amazing from the ocean room waking up to. Seriously loved it. Also fast and steady Wi-Fi. The management was really nice and friendly as well. If you are in yai book here.
