-Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff -Delicious breakfast with fruits, bread options, yogurt, tea -Super tasty local dinner is offered at a very affordable price -Local tours offered at very affordable prices -Beautiful surroundings, I did not expect the bungelow to be in such a beautiful tropical garden -Very clean and interior was well decorated with attention to details -All windows and doors had mosquito nets: I could leave the doors open at night for fresh air and night nature sounds -Bed was very comfortable and clean -Can easily spend a few (2-4) nights here (or more): a cave, a viewpoint, monkeys, a lake, some non touristic hiking trails, hot springs, traditional towns, waterfalls: they can all be found within 10-30min drive. -Free bike offered to cycle around

Exactly what I was looking for. The rooms were clean, spacious, and simple. The front property was very beautiful plants and trees. The host was very kind and responsive. We were also given a decent amount of water for us to drink. There were some good restaurants in the area or walk to 711 (about 15min) where there's some good food choices at the evening market. The start of the driveway for Crazy Horse is also about 15 min walk. All in all good!

We had watched videos about Mae Kampong and this accommodation was always shown during the walking tours we watched. We thought it would be a great idea to stay right on the street to be able to soak in all of the sights and be close to where the food was. It didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing - great communication and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the world go by playing cards and having a Chang. It was fantastic to be able to drive to a town like Mae Kampong and have a carpark right under your room as well. We were very lucky as we were the only ones staying so it was super quiet.

Very nice, clean place. Large rooms and even a seating area where I got some laptop work done. 7/11 a two minute walk away. Two water bottles provided daily. Lovely couple that owns the place.

Exactly what I was looking for. The rooms were clean, spacious, and simple. The front property was very beautiful plants and trees. The host was very kind and responsive. We were also given a decent amount of water for us to drink. There were some good restaurants in the area or walk to 711 (about 15min) where there's some good food choices at the evening market. The start of the driveway for Crazy Horse is also about 15 min walk. All in all good!

Unique place.

Unique place. Ideal for a weekend break from downtown Chiang Mai. Room was a bit small but very comfortable. Great view from balcony. Very good restaurant plus bar. Beer and Wine readily available. We will be back.
