Gorgeous hotel with a paradise of a backyard and pool.

Everything! The staff was kind, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. also I want to say everything was very, very good about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. I especially want to thank the Receptionist Fathia, Wiam and Mokhtar. also Zohra who cleaned our room perfectly every day. Every one of them deserves a 10/10 — they truly made our stay memorable.

The hotel is located right on the beach. The staff is very kind and ready to help you. The hotel is very clean. There is parking space. The food is good and very diverse. It was a very pleasant stay.

The reception staff are polite and welcoming The rest of the employees are always happy to serve and greet the guest doesn't matter how much is the work load Finally, we are impressed of the maintenance of the building and the attention given to smallest details. I had a fantastic stay at this modern, recently renovated hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and features beautiful swimming pools, including an adult-only pool, which is a real plus for those seeking a quiet atmosphere. The location right by the beach is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful-special thanks to Cherine at the reception and Idriss at the bar, who enthusiastically made the best cocktails and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great facilities, and excellent service!

Customer service food staff everything was good

Staff were excellent, from the Reception team (Meher and Majid) to the Entertainment/Activation team. Food choice and quality is excellent. Beach on your doorstep. Small resort, and you'll know everyone by the end of the week. Booked some excellent activities like Camel Ride experiences for the guests.
