No internet i booked a upgrade room kingsize bed with seaveiw the bed was a double you had to hang over balcony side seaview Balcony door would not lock aircon in room didnot work bathroom very dark water preasure poor just a trickle in shower could not wash my hair shelf missing had to put toiletry bag on bedside cabinate no were in bathroom I needed to call home on wotsap to let family know we arrived safe no internet got told it was broken we booked a parking space there was none left said it was a turkish holiday and everyone had drove, so we were told to park on street i said no we were not leaveing a range rover out on street so we put it in there carpark but it blocked 3 other cars from moving I asked to move rooms when we arrived because of bed size i was told all beds are same size in hotel but hotel was full due to turkish holiday later that night we were asked to move car has someone needed to get out so we got in ther space Never slept at all due to no aircon so next morning i went to reception there were two loverly men on desk one of them came to my room he could not shut the balcony door work the aircon said they could get some one to have a look at them but has it was Sunday he did not know when it will be he looked at water preasure and did not know what why it was so poor preasure he said it was bad and every time our room door opened a alarm went off he did not no why He said it was a bad room and appologised said he would get someone to look at it but did not know when it woud be We decided to check out early has they said someone was coming on Monday which was too late for us to look at internet and we had no phone So we cheaked out Sunday morning a day early The guy on the reception loged me on to his phone so i could ring booking.
