We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, and both the kitchen and housekeeping teams did an excellent job. Everything was clean, our room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and lunch boxes were prepared for us. The hotel has two water slides, and staff were always there to ensure safety during use. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, with a lifeguard, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a beach bar where you can buy refreshing cocktails. There is also a shopping center right next to the hotel. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, and after 11 p.m. the hotel was quiet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good and tasty. Plenty of choices available. The room was very nice and tidy. The air-conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Water boiler for tea and coffee in the room. Also fridgeraider.

Cleanliness and the services for the price was amazing. Fatih’s service was exquisite - all the staff were friendly even the guy at the bar. Food was fresh daily and the night soup they have as a late night meal with the bread was underrated. 5 stars.

We were a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but as a family of five we were really pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a suite which was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a good selection of food, plenty of all-inclusive drinks, and a lovely swimming pool with two water slides. The kids also enjoyed the small park and mini disco. This is a family-owned hotel, and the owners were very pleasant and clearly work hard to maintain the property and make guests feel welcome. There’s also a handy little market on site. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore Alanya. We would also highly recommend the little unnamed market/restaurant directly across the road — the food was amazing, with a great selection of fresh handmade Turkish delights and souvenirs. One of the best parts of our stay was meeting some lovely people who we’ve now become friends with, which really added to the experience. Overall, we had a great family holiday and would happily recommend this hotel. Don’t be put off by some of the older reviews — our experience was very positive! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is quite close to the sea.

The Staff is very friendly, polite, attentive and ready to help at any time. The Place is very clean, room cleaning is done every day and it’s impeccable, with water and coffee refills. It is close to the beach and in the middle of the market, with plenty of restaurants around, but in the same time its quiet at night. Overall felt very good over there and did not have any complaints.

It was a truly wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and the restaurant had a wide variety of options. Everything in the hotel was new and clean. Because the hotel is right on the seafront, we enjoyed incredible comfort. It's now our only choice.

I liked the position. Close to the see. The staff - OK. The place has potential and can do much better.

With the family of seven, the stay was made exceptionally pleasant for us. Starting with smaller issues like having more room cards and beach towels to bigger issues like transportation or medication supply, then the hotel staff had answers and quick fixes for everything. In the hotel area, there are a lot of activities and places to see, and the kids will not get bored. We would especially mention Nurullah and Bunyamin from the dining area for providing class A service, thank you guys! Thanks to that duo, dining and eating there was the best part of the day, we truly enjoyed it.

Great place and value for money

Hotel was located close to centrum. I had friends living near hotel and location was just perfect for me. Atmosphere and rooms are quite good and staffs are helpful and kind.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with a great room view, efficient AC, and plentiful, delicious food. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beach was a bit crowded, and noise from a nearby hotel could be bothersome until around 11 pm, but overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
