Comfort, staff, value for money.

Staff, Food, Location and water park are beyond the expectation This hotel is so perfect for family with children between three to fourteen years old. My little children had great time, the water park and shows/entertainment are amazing fabulous. The staff on the restaurants, canteen and all around the hotel are amazing and hard working kept the place so tidy especially Marry. Overall the staffs deserve all the credits.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good and tasty. Plenty of choices available. The room was very nice and tidy. The air-conditioning and heating worked perfectly. Water boiler for tea and coffee in the room. Also fridgeraider.

Cleanliness and the services for the price was amazing. Fatih’s service was exquisite - all the staff were friendly even the guy at the bar. Food was fresh daily and the night soup they have as a late night meal with the bread was underrated. 5 stars.

The quality of service, accommodation, food, and facilities far exceeded what I expected for the price. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

We loved: - the clealiness, - the location (very close to the beach and we had a dedicated beach), - the service (especially, at the Reception, in particular, SONER and KUBRU - Thank you so much for everything, you were awesome!!!), - the FOOD🤤, - the comfort in the room, -enjoyed very much the all inclusive service! As a vegan, I really had a great variety of greens, vegetables, fruits etc.

The hotel is quite close to the sea.

I liked everything, starting from price to location, breakfast, rooms. The rooms are renovated and clean. Employees are the best!!! Guys and girls at the front desk were super nice and helpful. They recommended me places to go, were very attentive to the details and my needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! In my next visit to Alanya, I think of staying in this hotel again!

Excellent resort at a nice section of the beach and close to Alanya center/castle. Amazing view from the balcony, great food every day with lots of options. Staff super friendly and helpful, you can tell about a proper management job.

Hotel was located close to centrum. I had friends living near hotel and location was just perfect for me. Atmosphere and rooms are quite good and staffs are helpful and kind.
