Staff very friendly & honest , typical Turkish breakfast is amazing, beach is very handy

Quirky, lovely decor and convenient

We stayed here in mid-July and enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the charming streets and sights of Ayvalık. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was average in selection, but the nice view from the breakfast area made it more enjoyable. A big plus was the parking arrangement — the hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking area, so we were able to park at a good value, which is especially useful in the busy summer season. Overall, a comfortable and well-located choice for a short stay in Ayvalık.

We had a fantastic stay at Cunda Piano Otell. It's only a 10-minute walk to the centre, but in a very quiet and picturesque area above the seafront. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days. The terrace and restaurant have terrific views of the sea and hills (the photos don't do the terrace justice!); the swimming pool area is extremely inviting and kept scrupulously clean.  The room was very comfortable and had a great balcony, in the sun all afternoon. Breakfast was very tasty - and plentiful! All staff were super nice, helpful and friendly, special thanks to Aida for a lovely chat in her immaculate English!

My hosts were amazing. So kind, helpful and always with a smile. There was a LOT of rain while I was there and my hosts helped get me and my suitcase through the old town to where they had ordered a taxi for me to the bus station. It wasn't far but I couldn't have done it without their help.

Everything was great. Liked the water slides. Calm and peaceful. Overall even better than expected

We love this hotel and go there frequently. We will be back early next year. Very convenient for the ferry port, lovely, friendly family and the breakfast is superb.

1. Clean rooms. 2. Pool area was nice. 3. Lobby looks good. 4. Staff tried to help when asked. 5. Beach area belonging the beach was clean, well organized, staffed and had ample seating and beds etc 6. Water pressure was good in the shower. 7. Towels were fine and they provided many soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc. 8. Breakfast options were fantastic!!! 9. Dinner options were pretty good. 10. Fries at the pool area are pretty good. Of course at an additional cost. 11. Location is excellent. Walking distance to shops and bars. 12. There's a nice breeze in the lobby and pool area. (I'm really trying to include all positives)

The hotel is at the most perfect location in Ayvalik.Very nice sea vew,with really very friently people.I sugest to everybody to be there.And for sure i will never change our stay in Ayvalik in an other hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Our room was lovely and peaceful, the view was awesome, all the staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast was so delicious every morning. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice building in the middle of city center. Perfectly designed cute rooms and common area with very tasty breakfast and fireplace in the middle. It was very authentic and warm atmosphere. Definitely gonna visit again.

The staff/owners were exceptional. We arrived very late at night and they came out to meet us and help with parking and carrying bags. We were very appreciative of their help. The location is great.

The owner has definitely done miracles inside this tiny town house! You'll find tons of good taste and perfect craftsmanship. And nice people, too. Hard to find - take a taxi!
