The location and the room much nice but the stuff are not supported with the gusset and the timing for the check out is not good compared with the others hotels

Easy close access to Sumela Monastery :) Clean and cool inside although we only stayed for a maximum of 6 hours since we had a late arrival and an even earlier checkout the place was perfect.

The location is supremely beautiful and the rooms were aesthetic, clean and very well maintained. The unique availability of a projector in the bedroom was excellent and convenient. The breakfast was extremely delicious and fresh. However the best thing about the property was the excellent and warm service from Denizhan, Gülşah and all the other staff at Magmat and also Ali from the Harmony restaurant.

Poison Garden Suite & SPA features a sauna and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Gözalan. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.

Deniz is an excellent host, he made sure we were comfortable, lit the fireplace, even filled the spa bath while we were at dinner. View is spectacular, you can see Trabzon and the Black sea in the distance, absolute tranquility surrounded by hazelnut groves. To top it off, a great restaurant (Harmony) is within walking distance. Best stay of our trip!

Kartal Tepesi Bungalov & Restaurant features a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Trabzon. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Very friendly staff, Ali and Yurkan absolutely treated us great for our honeymoon and provided fantastic services. They took me and my wife to trabzon Town centre and showed us a lot of great shops. I strongly recommend this place!!!
