I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — but what truly made the experience special was the staff. I want to give a big thank you to Vahid and Negin at the reception. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. You can really tell they care about their work and the guests. First of all, the personnel was really nice and very helpful! The room was very stylish and clean, with a very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with a sufficient number of options for everyone to choose what they like. And lastly, the location is great, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the cistern, Grand Bazaar, metro station to the Aquarium or the marina to go on a boat trip. Several good restaurants and cafes or shops right outside the building.

The front desk people - the complete team was great!! very helpful, very professional and efficient. I have to emphasize that the restaurant has an excelent service, high quality food, and respectful atitude to the guest, like all personal in the hotel. The hotel is also a great spot for business meeting, also well organised with excelent equipment and good technical support. The room was spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer, it would have been impossible with just a fan. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly; the young man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. The location is excellent: less than a 4-minute walk to the tram, which takes you just one stop to the boats. It’s very central and lively, yet the area around the hotel is quiet enough for a good rest. Super highly recommended!
