This was the best experience ever. The best hotel ev er. All of the staff were amazing, very friendly and kind. Very helpful. They gave me check in around 11 am and check out around 4 pm. They had this special tour for the residence of the hotel to Balat which I enjoyed a lot with my kids. Special Thanx to Beliz the manager who was very helpful with everything and to Busra who was the most amazing and was very friendly with my kids and very helpful. I had the best time ever and I will come back again :)

The staff are all nice and efficient. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 in the morning. Even before check in, they kindly offered us breakfast. The Location is great. A minute walk to the metro station. Easy access to Taksim square. Walkable distance to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sophia and Blue mosque. Nice room and shower!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are consistently friendly, attentive and genuinely eager to help. One of the unique highlights of the hotel is their resident cat, who brings an extra touch of charm and coziness to the place. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, great service, and a delightful bit of character. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant visit.
