I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — but what truly made the experience special was the staff. I want to give a big thank you to Vahid and Negin at the reception. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed. You can really tell they care about their work and the guests. Everything was beautiful. We've checked in in a beautiful seaside room, very comfortable, very spacious and clean, with all the home comfort. The personel was very kind and helpful, especially Sehmus and Ömer on the front desk reception (thank you guys). The hotel is close to city center tourist attractions and other beautiful places to visit We'll return here for sure

The hotel is clean with a marvellous view towards the sea and the city of Istanbul. Its location is great, just at the metro station and it takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre and places of interest. There are modern cafes and restaurants nearby. The fitness and spa centre are cosy and never crowded. My kids totally enjoyed the pool. There is a top-roof restaurant with delicious local food, live music and beautiful interior. The breakfast is abundant, delicious both providing local food and regular meals. The kids centre was clean, spacious and bright. The staff is friendly and helpful. The kind attention of Erdzan who speaks Bulgarian and was constantly making sure we were enjoying our stay was extremely welcoming.

The room was spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer, it would have been impossible with just a fan. The bathroom was big and comfortable. The staff was generally friendly; the young man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helped me with everything I needed. The location is excellent: less than a 4-minute walk to the tram, which takes you just one stop to the boats. It’s very central and lively, yet the area around the hotel is quiet enough for a good rest. Super highly recommended!
