It was an extremely pleasant stay. The accommodation was very good, the staff kind and prompt to the requests of the customers. We particularly note Mrs. Carmen, who provided us with useful information and advice about the hotel and the city of Bursa.

Everything was great. Even though the rooms were full, we were able to check in early. On the first day, we were tired from our long flight and were greeted with a fresh fruit tray in the room. The breakfast was varied and acceptable. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Elham and Ms. Ayshe at reception who were really great at checking us in early and greeting and finally seeing us off.

Location is amazing. So close to buses or trams to anywhere to Bursa and the bus station. Staffs were amazing and spoke well English. Breakfast was awesome. Lovely Turkish dishes and they even have soup. Adding coffee to the breakfast would be nice. Beautiful architecture. However, they don’t have laundry service. The price list in the cupboard ain’t updated.

Excellent location in the heart of Bursa. All prominent locations are just walking distance. Extremely neat and clean. Wonderful staff especially the girl (flower). Very well spread of breakfast on top floor. Everything is good about this hotel. Strongly recommended.

Good breakfast though surprisingly Turkish coffee was not included in the breakfast.

This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.

Very delicious breakfast with a tasty variety of food on offer. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to Bursa's main points of historical interest with many mosques close by - it was easy to find. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive and gave their recommendations of what to see, do and where to eat in Bursa; they were more than happy to help. I give a special mention and many thanks to Lamya who staffed the check in desk and was very helpful during my stay at the hotel. She looked after and cared for her guests very well - I am grateful for the hospitality and welcoming I received here at this hotel. The room was very cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and hotel facilities. I would really like to visit Bursa again and stay here.

Location in old town, walking distance everywhere. Room comfy, breakfast very good with lots options. Very nice and helpful staff.
