Good value for money. Breakfast was amazing. Really a great place to stay in Bursa - everything was wonderful. Free Spa a very good bonus. Out of city city, but close metro station made access to city very easy.

Large, spacious lobby that was good to hang out in. Very friendly staff, authentic breakfast.

Room is spacious, clean and comfy. They offered us early check in and extra bed (even we didn't make such a request ) after long haul flight. It is really a credit and good hospitality. The hotel locates at the prime area in Bursa - all scenic spots and tourist places are within walking distance.

The rooms and hotel was very clean. Staff was very polite and efficient. Location is also good and you can move easily around town. Parking is also a big plus.

The staff are friendly, and it‘s so convenient to see major tourist attractions on foot as it’s in the heart of Bursa Old Town. It was so easy to get to the bus stop near the hotel by taking bus number 38 from the bus terminal. The room was spacious and the same as pictures. I think I‘ll stay here the next time I come to Bursa.

There was a great variety of foods and the orange juice was delicious

Really nice and clean, helpful staff and the beds are really comfortable

Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

Perfect location nearby Tophane, Ulu Camii and Koza Han. From Terminal (Otogar) it was also close - with tram maybe 20 mins. Very kindly staff - also fluently speaking English, so helpful. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and nice view over the Bursa. Lot of opportunities near the hotel - lot of restaurants, shops, Shopping mall.
