The staff were incredibly helpful, and the hotel was very comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk for assisting us with changing our trip tickets — we truly appreciated the extra care and effort. The thermal pools are spacious and very clean, making them perfect for relaxation. The hotel is also a great choice for families. Pamukkale and the Hierapolis attractions are conveniently close, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable.

Best place with value for money. This is a very clean and professional place to stay in the region. I would highly recommend it. The pools are a bit smaller than other places I have been to but the positives out weigh anything else. This was my second visit and I would come again the third time without a doubt! Many thanks to all staff who have been incredible with my kids too.

Great hotel, good location, quiet, lots of pools to enjoy. Good food package. Value for money and the manager Turgai Olmez went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble from the welcome to the departure. He ensured we were well informed and happy with everything. Excellent service.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff were friendly and experienced. The food was varied and delicious. The rooms had comfortable furniture and comfortable beds. The common areas were clean, and the pool was ideal in terms of temperature and size. We were very satisfied with our holiday.

Great hotel with spa. We do recommend it!

The owners were very nice and ready to help you with anything. The hotel has recently opened so everything is new. You can order taxi or tours from them, eat on site or do your laundry. It’s really quiet and not too big (10 rooms) it’s only 10min by foot from the center of Pamukkale. We would be ready to go back anytime.

The staff is nice and helpful, especially the front desk supervisor, Ms. Erdem. She is kind enough to accompany me to the Police station and be my translator. (I had a thief incident in another place, not the hotel.)

Perfect warmed pools! One really hot +39, with thermal water, another a bit colder +32. Amazing! Location in the center of Karahayit.
