This one of the best places we stayed at in Turkey. Cozy is the word: it is a very lovely, family owned boutique hotel between çanakkale and troy, making it very easy to reach both places by car. There is a fantastic view directly on the strait of dardanelles. The owner and family are very lovely and offer a homemade dinner and massive turkish breakfast (with eggs) and while in a convenient place, it’s out of the most touristy areas. Fair warning: you’ll need a car to reach it.

The Kirte Hotel, where we stayed, is the perfect address for peace. When choosing this hotel, we first chose it because it was close to the historical places to visit on the Gallipoli peninsula. After our stay, we decided that we made the right choice. The hotel rooms are new and very high quality. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we woke up to the sound of birds in the morning. We had breakfast at the hotel's seaside facility and had the opportunity to visit the Anzac cemetery next to it. The weather was so nice that we went swimming here, the sea was magnificent.

The room was clean, and the shower is well made, not one of those where you soak the bathroom after a shower. Room is spacious, and parking is right in front of the hotel and there are some parking spots behind the hotel. A bit pricy, but all hotels in this area are. Great breakfast.
