This is my third stay at Hilton Mersin, and it continues to be the best hotel in Mersin. The location is fantastic, offering both convenience and beautiful views. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff Atilla,Turgay and Murat for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with every request. I would also like to thank Ferah in the breakfast area for her excellent service and warm hospitality. Their dedication made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again😊

Beautifully located on the Mediterranean part of Turkey, great for local food and international food. Take a trip to the Marina, has some great stores and really good restaurants to eat at. Best to visit in the Summer as it is that type of city.

It's a nice hotel with a good location!

It's a nice hotel with a good location! The reason I give them a low rating is that they persistently and despite my insistence refuse to issue me an invoice for the stay even though I paid directly to the hotel. If you travel for business and need an Invoice for the stay, AVOID IT.

Firstly, the hotel room would have been 515 TL instead of the 1,000 I paid in advance on Booking. Better to get when there. Nothing at all of interest. Even the only attraction, the 25 minute boat ride, was only 15 minutes including setting off and tying up. No beach. No reason to be in Mersin. I ate the normal shish meal I often get but here the chicken still had bones in it!

Excellent location, price and services. I was given a free upgrade room to suit our infant baby, this was an amazing unexpected gift. the price was reasonable considering the short notice we booked. cheers guys

Mersin was an interesting commercial port town well worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our couple days there. We didn't see another tourist-type visitor during our entire time there! We feel like we discovered it!

Mersin is not a touristic place. No sightseeings at all.

Mersin is not a touristic place. No sightseeings at all. Only the long embankment is beautiful. We stood in this city only because we need an intermediate stop from Kappadokia to Antalya. However there are a lot of interesting places along the road to Antalya. But nothing in the city. Also difficult to find a good restaurant (we finally did).

Good simple hotel. Clean. There’s air conditioner in the room. Beds are OK. Shower works. Breakfast included. Good for staying for some days for business or for sleeping while spending a full day in the city. TV is in the room as well. 1-2 international news channels in English are available on TV

The breakfast was excellent. We asked the manager for a fried egg , Turkish style. It was our wish , we hardly expected to be fulfilled. No problem. We got what we wished for. The Managers were very helpful, and the staff worked hard. SPA, Hamamam outstanding. I recommend the hotel
