The location of the property is on hill top and provides great leisure time away from the hustle and bustle of the town. I would like to specially mention the extra ordinary service of Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Mustafa who ensured to provide us the best experience and customer service. They were truly the star!

The staff are very nice and helpful. Car park was good too and excellent location.

this is the only accomodations that can give me late check in, because our flight originally landed at trabzon around 22.30, so I told them via message and their instagram account that I'll be arrived around 2 a.m., but it got delayed so we've arrived at hotel around 3 a.m., fortunately the staff is still there, so many thanks for him,

The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was outstanding, even though the fog prevented us from enjoying the view. The experience was unforgettable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to break the normal routine of any other hotel. Additionally, it’s important to note that the road up the mountain can be treacherous, especially in foggy conditions. Travelers should ensure they have essentials like water and food with them. And in last, If you don't have a car with you I don't recommend it to you.

The location is great—just a few minutes away from the center. It wasn't a noisy area, which made the stay more comfortable. The staff was excellent; the cleaning team was very attentive, and we found the room to be very clean and tidy.
