It’s a lovely town with lovely people. Away from the hustle and bustle of bigger places but offers plenty of opportunity for relaxation and just time to chill out. Great links to other places and makes for a great base to enjoy your holiday.

As a recommendation of our host, Konyali kebab restaurant was delicious, we went there three times!! Also the fish restaurant right by the sea with a gorgeous sunset was also brilliant - it's called Körfez. Enjoy! Weather is good if you like sunbath and beach, beautiful green mountains surrounding the city. Very beautiful and green islands in distance of 1-3 KMs. Lots of restaurants nearby, very good fresh seafood offered. Turgutreis is a beautiful town with friendly locals who can't do enough to help. The food is to die for would recommend you try the local dishes at Uncles, Hasan's Place and Salt Kitchen. The beach is nice with stunning views and sunsets to die for.MarieUnited Kingdom - Scored 1010

Turgetreis full of friendly helpful locals. Great prices, excellent value for your money. Nearby places to visit Akyarlar with amazing beach and Gumusluk for a laid back bohemian day and fabulously lit in the evening. Downside to Turgetreis is the large amount of stray dogs wandering the streets and not so friendly!

They offered us an upgrade to a bigger room in the second floor for free. They make our stay very comfortable. There is a paid parking lot in front of the hotel, very cheap. £50 Turkish Lira for the night.
