Amazing service, great food, excellent location

Everything was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was stunning and comfortable. Every member of staff made my husband and me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The hotel also plays beautiful music, which creates such a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options to choose from. A special mention to the manager, Elmas, whose warmth and kindness made our stay even more memorable. The care and hospitality from the entire team made this a truly unforgettable experience, and we left with wonderful memories.

Brand new hotel in an excellent location. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of options to choose from. The room was large and very clean, and so was the bathroom. Parking is available only on the street. Overall, outstanding experience!

Location Everything is near malls,restaurants ,supermarkets,cafes, and more. The room is suitable for family with kids. The stuff was very cooperative and always good listners spacial thanks to the hotel manager Mr.Ahmd and eman.

We loved the comfort of the room, it was spacious and relaxing. We always looked forward to returning there after a long day out! The staff were amazing as well! They genuinely cared for us and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Will definitely return to stay here if i visit Trabzon again, highly recommend!!

The location is excellent, and the staff, especially the receptionist who spoke excellent English, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

My stay in this hotel was extremely great. This is my second stay. I would like to thank all saff who were really doing their job perfectly, specifically the admin guys Shaima and Uzgur. When requesting to change to other room immediately, they have changed it. Of course, not to forget Sefa auzun. Ebru and Delara. They are the best they never hesitate to help me. Big thanks to all staff I strongly recommend this hotel.. They have Amaizing breakfast.

Very nice hotel, very good location, there is a shopping center, Migros store, several restaurants and the sea nearby. but most importantly, I would like to note the hotel staff, especially Hayri Bey and Matin Khanum, who made our stay at the hotel very comfortable.
