Award-winning Kadir’s features a unique way to experience nature. After hiking and climbing in picturesque Olympos, guests can return to a bed in an actual tree house. I am so glad that we still keep this great atmosphere in Turkey in Olimpos. Kadirtree House has so many facilities. They can organise any trip you want even if they do not have in their list :) They have great music every night. The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. And food! Thanks for the many options in open buffet.
Set in a secluded area, and surrounded by mountains, Olympos Doga Pansiyon offers basic furnished bungalows among trees. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the premises. the wooden cabins are very clean, set in a nice garden. the owner and the staff kindhearted, they really make you feel safe and welcome. the breakfast is excellent, the the cutlery and tje plates are very clean, they really care for hygiene in every aspect.
Located in Olympos, a 13-minute walk from Olympos Beach, and Cirali Beach reachable within 1.7 miles, mercan pension offers a bar, a garden and free WiFi. Best location near with ancient city and perfect beach. Beautiful view, good breakfast and dinner. Nice and friendship staff.
Surrounded by a green garden with pomegranate and pine trees, Koala Bungalows offers air-conditioned accommodations. It is 1.9 mi from the Olimpos Beach and 8.1 mi from Adrasan Beach. We had a wonderful 9 days at Koala Bungalows. The property is a rustic haven nestled in the forest on the outskirts of the main ‘town’ of Olympos. We stayed in a garden cabin which was basic but very comfortable with good aircon for those super hot Turkish days. The pool is lovely and the garden, which is full of pomegranate trees and flowers, is delightful with lots of chill out areas to relax in. The staff are so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There’s a nice bar/ restaurant with good food and friendly staff next to the pool. The boss,Ugur, is a very nice man who acted as taxi for us to Mount Chimaera and the airport. Janan, the receptionist, was lovely and helpful and made us some delicious cakes. Shideh really made our visit to Koala special! She prepared the most amazing breakfasts with some traditional food and being a vegan herself totally understood our dietary requirements. It was one of the highlights of our day. She spoke very good English and helped translate for us to the other staff if we had any queries and is generally an amazing asset! There was a puppy, kittens and ducklings onsite which just made the place more adorable. The main drag is around 25minutes walk, add another 15 to the beach/ ruins. We hired a moped in town for 300TL (£15) a day which got us there in 5 minutes. All in all it was a really great trip, we made good friends and we will definitely be back.
Located within the Olympos Coastal National Park, Simurg Evleri offers bungalow accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Local specialties can be enjoyed at the vine-covered restaurant. Very delicious food, nice friendly people, beautiful area, peaceful relaxing atmosphere.
The ruins are very interesting, though a map on purchase of ticket would have been helpful. Also more signage, but this is slowly improving from past years. Lovely town, probably a back-packers paradise at height of season but earlier on very peaceful. Lots of places to eat & drink (basic but delicious Turkish food), & possible to get a good coffee! Lots of places to stay too.
We went around but this is the best place. The beach is amazing. If you go right there are rocks and it is never crowded. Middle is the crowded part and than you have a long empty beach all the way to Cirali. Water is cristal clear! Anciant city is a must see. If you are paying for the entrance it is 24lira, but you can buy a BEACH CARD for 30 and you will have 10 entrances. More than one people can enter. Take boat daily tour ( we did Kekova) it is really good and not at all touristy as most of these tours. Take a non weekend.
The village & beach relaxed & charming. The ruins very interesting, particularly the North Necropolis Avenue. However they could definitely put up more information signs about this fascinating archeological site. Enjoyable meal & evening at Varuna. Now had a few visits to Olympos & always enjoy.
- An absolutely incredible beach, definitely top 3 I have experienced - Such a calm and relaxed atmosphere around Olympos, was a great place just to relax and admire the surroundings and chat - Good fun to explore the ruins and streams, and see the local wildlife (turtles, tortoises, frogs etc) - Great quality fresh food everywhere - caters to vegans too :) - TIP! ask your accommodation about a the pass card, it costs 7 Turkish Lira
Really fun, can't comment about peak season, but early May it was quiet and beautiful. beaches are rocky so bring shoes you're happy to wear in the sea! Water is clean, great area for snorkeling. Gorgeous scenery through the ancient ruins, amazing views as the river reaches the ocean. People are kind and friendly. We thought the best places to eat were the cheap and cheerful cafés making fresh pides and the gözleme vendors. A little touristy, but where isn't nowadays. 11km off the main road, you will need to get a little minibus to and from the bus stop at the top of the hill, which can be super crowded, and if it's totally full on the way back up might not stop for you. They usually go every hour, but if you're in a rush, leave early! People are chill here, nothing moves quickly! We will definitely be back. A real gem. Our stay just wasn't long enough!
Great spot, one of the few places, if only, in Olympos with a pool, whilst the beach is nice it's pebbly so great to have somewhere else you can take a dip in the heat. Its about 20 mins stroll to the beach and less then 2mins to all the bars, restaurants etc but in a quiet setting itself so you can really relax. Food is fine and staff welcoming.
It is a perfect place! The host was super nice and very helpful. The place was clean with a delicious dinner and breakfast! You can rest here and get relaxed. Many plants and trees around, and you can easily get to the beach. There is a shop and a restaurant nearby. I would definitely come back here!:)
This was our second stay, & it didn't disappoint. Great location for visiting Olympos, peaceful location just outside of town. Friendly staff, very helpful. Very good Turkish breakfast, & mezes delicious. And live music on Sat evening a real treat. Brilliant bathroom, loads of hot water!
Very friendly owners, the lady speaks English. Breakfast and dinner are really good, all freshly cooked and plentiful. Best lentils soup ever and amazing home-grown oranges :) Great location for climbing or exploring the ancient Olympos.
Many pensions pensions in Olympos are noisy. But this one is very peaceful and friendly. And the stuff is nice, especially Ömür, always happy and helpful.
Lovely place close to Olympos beach and antic ruins. The food is very nice and tasty, the music is good and the staff is super-friendly.
Really cool hippie vibe, very vibrant community in the tree houses
Amazing place swimming pool huge breakie. Peaceful and perfect Highly recommend you take the dinner option
