Spa and thermal pool was very good. Scrub, soap and massage was outstanding. The ‘hamam’ staff was experienced and well trained. I was very happy with the ‘kese, köpük, masaj’. Breakfast was very good. Dinner at the hotel was ok, but not as good as the breakfast.

The hotel is brand new, exceptionally clean, and in excellent condition. Everything feels fresh and well-maintained, which immediately gives a sense of comfort and quality. The room itself was very beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Its modern design added a stylish touch, making the stay both relaxing and visually pleasing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The property also offers private parking spaces, which is a great convenience for guests traveling by car. Although the breakfast buffet was relatively small, the food was delicious and satisfying, providing a pleasant start to the day.

The staff was very kind and helpful, in this hotel I felt like being on an island where everyone spoke English and I could communicate with people. The wifi and tv channels selection was very good. The breakfast was awesome. The location was good, Kütahya main attractions are in a walkable distance. Moreover, the bus terminal was 50 m across the street.
