My bus was extremely delayed and I arrived at 4:30am. Someone waited up for me. That alone deserves a 10. They were helpful getting me to the confusing airport shuttle as well. Cosy little hotel with good WiFi and an excellent view.

Warm welcome and a little gem hidden away. Very modern and clean rooms. Seyhmus made our stay. Entertained the kids and made a great breakfast. Made the whole experience very personals and friendly. Would aim for this place when visiting again.

We booked two rooms and both were very comfortable. Mine (Zer) was particularly spacious, lovely decor and the shower was great. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The owner and staff were very helpful and personable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

We came from Denmark to Mardin and were warmly welcomed at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner, Mr. Hakan, was such a wonderful and hospitable person. We had fresh and delicious breakfast every morning. When our kids asked for juice with breakfast, Hakan personally got it for them – such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us. The hotel is very centrally located, close to everything in Mardin, and we even arranged a private driver through the hotel to take us to Midyat for a fair price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was available 24/7 if we needed anything. Everything was perfect – we truly recommend this hotel!

From the moment of arrival the staff were exceptional. Felt like family we had known forever. Seda, who seemed to work very long hours, was amazing. She was extremely helpful, smiling and fun. We loved her. There is no laundry service & I couldn’t do handwashing due to a broken wrist. She took it home and did it for me, above & beyond her duties. We had the in house dinner on our terrace ( we had been upgraded to king suite from junior suite). We ordered the Mardin specialities which was amazing, we couldn’t finish it all as very generous servings. Breakfast also generous and excellent. Highly highly recommend

Dilber and Mahmut were very attentive and had terrific suggestions for sightseeing and dinner. We would recommend to book a dinner at the hotel as it comes with an individualised menu of the local cuisine, which was very delicious. Best is the attention to detail. Everything .is locally sourced and at the highest quality. The complimentary breakfast is out of this world. We had the pleasure speaking to one of the hotel's owners at multiple occasions, explaining us the amazing history of the hotel, the region and its produce, making us appreciate our stay even more. A highlight was also the donkey transporting our luggage up the hill to the hotel and back. Finally, we have to compliment on the view from the roof top terrace. Ideal for taking pictures of the sunset or enjoying a cup of turkish tea.
