My cousin and I had a girls night over here, we felt soooo safe. Place is very cozy, beautiful and comfortable. The pool was AMAZING. Surroundings were clean and quiet. Perfect for any celebration. Staff and owner is absolutely wonderful and very very accommodating. We had so so so much fun. Also perfect for family get aways.

We really liked our stay here. Everything is very clean and tidy and place is very homey with a patio and pool. Wendy was very helpful and attentive host. She organised us taxis from the airport and to our next destination, and paid them/exchanged money with us since we only had USD in cash. It was easy to keep in contact with her in WhatsApp, before and during our stay. Our room was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, water kettle, sink and dishes and there is a big supermarket very close by, so we had some meals in our room. Breakfast can be ordered at the time you want.

The host Hertis was exceptional, very kind to me and my family. Pick up from the airport was smooth, the room was very clean and decorative, all appliances worked well, the beds were king size and comfortable. Tunapuna had easy access to the bus route, UWI was five minutes away by transport and many food vendors, supermarkets and shops. He encouraged us to try the local doubles and to exercise. The area was quiet and people friendly. I would stay there again!! Keep u[p the good work at El Rincon.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, largely due to their warm welcome. They fully shared their private home with us, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. Asha and Haresh were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation, always ready to provide tips and suggestions. Additionally, they arranged airport pickup for us, which greatly facilitated our arrival. Their knowledge of Trinidad and the 2024 carnival was invaluable - thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy our stay and the events on the island. I highly recommend "Mountain Palace" to anyone looking for not only comfortable accommodation but also an unforgettable experience thanks to the hospitality and care of the hosts.
