The host is soooo friendly, we are late arrive he worry we not enough time to having meal in jiufen due to all the shop is close early, he message us remind us to go have a dinner first, after we meet him, he taken around 30 minutes to tell us about jiufen locations, he is the most friendly most that I meet ever! For room it exceeded my expectations, really large space for 2 persons, so so clean and comfortable, water heater/aircon/tv all the thing is good condition.

Owner-operated, Listening Wind is a a cozy private residence turned modern bed-and-breakfast, offering charming, attentive and comfortable hospitality possible because of its division among only six guest rooms. North of Jiufen Old Street, conveniently perched atop a small landing flanked by two green mountain ranges, nearby to days-worth of walking trails, guests enjoy front-row seats to the natural splendor of mysterious blue ocean and glorious blazing sunsets.

The host is a very kind lady, she was very hospitable and professional. Gave us good tips on where to go in Jiufen including maps. She also included breakfast for the next morning. The facility is decent with a nice view. Room is very clean and tidy. Just follow the instructions the host sends for how to get there, it can get a bit tricky and don’t bring large luggage.

Location was right at the old town street, full of shops and specialty food stalls. Hotel management went out of the way to accommodate us. They recommended a sightseeing program of the area, kept our luggage while we're out and delivered them to location where our car was to pick us up after a full day of sightseeing. Very appreciated.

The view from balcony is superb but the balcony is a bit dirty. Room size is right for us. Location is nice down the hill but it's kinda cons for elder who need to climb the stairs. For teenagers, it's fine and a bit isolate from busy jiufen. Staff at the hotel is very nice and helpful though English is not their forte.

The room is clean. The window is big comparing to other hotels around here which makes the room brighter and comfortable. Breakfast is good and very nice to have free parking nearby. The lady is friendly and quickly inform us when we leave a jacket there after departure. Very touched on the service.

The boss is really enthusiastic and helpful. He helped us with the operation of the heater, showed us how to get to jiufen, and also exchanged our bills into change for the bus fare. There is instant ramen, drinks and many other snacks available, and the loft style room was quite nice.

Very beautiful hotel and room, we like the Spirited Away style feeling. Breakfast is good, extra points for the sea views during breakfast. Very clean facilities. Staff was helpful, even though she didn't speak English but we can add the Line contact and ask for any help any time.

We enjoyed staying here! Very close to Jiufen old street. we loved the breakfast with fresh fruits, waffles, sandwiches etc. The staffs are so nice. One of the staffs even drove us to the stain station when we checked out. Thank you very much, I would stay here again!

Amazing place to stay with stunning view of Jiufen and Keelung. Super walkable to Jiufen old street. We just stayed one night as a first stop on our journey, if we had a bit more time would really enjoy to stay one or two more nights.

Good value for the money. Good breakfast in a pleasant environment is included in the price. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the location is good, not far from the main street in Jiufen. Spotless clean and large-sized room.

The location is very good, in the middle of Jiufen Old Street. Since we arrived late, we called the hotel and they waited for us to check-in. Breakfast was prepared to eat in the room, because of the current situation.

The location of the hotel was great, right around the corner to the steps up to Jiufen. Nice bathtub in the room, clean, and friendly staff.
