The breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The facility is conveniently located with a nice atmosphere in the forest. The staff is very helpful and kind.

I was lucky to be able to book a room on the day of my arrival. Staff is friendly, hotel room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is clean as well. The Location is nice and quiet and the parking lot is capacitious.

the hotel is smaller than I imagined, it’s a family-run business, very cosy. We tested sauna + pool and hamman and I personally was impressed how clean and pretty everything was, great facilities ! Massage was great too!! Kitchen is not the best I’ve tried, but it was lovely to receive breakfast directly in the room. The steak was good

There is a variety of different types of breakfast "a-la carte" at a reasonable price, still with great presentation and served swiftly. The service was impeccable.

The room, the balcony, and the entrance part were clean and spacious, sheets and towels were clean, there were travel soap, shampoo, and a new roll of toilet paper. In the room, there was a TV on the wall (didn't try it). Wifi and mobile internet both worked. The balcony faced the private sector, which probably was more quiet than in the rooms on the opposite side of the building that faced a big (almost like a small forest, very pleasant) park and a street to the city center. Cafe in the hotel didn't work in one of the mornings (I tried going there only once), so probably better not to rely too much on it. But there was an IT school in the same building that had a lot of rooms that I used as a coworking space once, which was very convenient. Also, some notes in the hotel building mentioned that there will be no hot water after a certain hour, and the hot water was there all the time. Public transport stops are just near the hotel door.

Last minute booking delivering aid to Eastern Ukraine. They were more than accommodating despite late arrival and requiring a parking space for the Ambulance.
