I arrived in the middle of the night so needed 24h checkin, which wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly. The room was basic and clean but the walls were a bit damaged. Breakfast that was included was basic and okay for the price.

Very caring staff, go out of the way to accommodate you and make you feel at home. Karina the receptionist particularly went out of the way to help and support me with everything I needed during my stay. Very polite, very helpful and caring and made me feel at home. The location is also great and the spa is decent too.

actually it is a fabulous property , very modern , fashionable, with really artistic and creative design. Service is very good and professional and rooms are large , clean , and they just got everything you need and it works. The restaurant is also very charming , they have this smoking balcony, with seating places. But the big plus of this hotel is the location. It is just in the middle of everything in this town , resturants, bars , coffie shops art expositions. one step outside and you are there.

Унікальне місце! Перший поверх - стайня для коней. Другий - сам готель із видом на поле для тренування коней. Нам дуже сподобалось! Неймовірно красиві створіння! Сам номер також сподобався. Рекомендую!

Great host, clean, close to centre, little trouble with wifi but was solved.

One of the best stays in 4 years in Ukraine! Staff – from front desk to security, restaurant to laundry service – truly went above and beyond in every aspect. The room was incredible, food at the restaurant was 5* at half the price one would pay in Kyiv, breakfast was outstanding and the location is in walking to distance to all one could/would require. One of the few Hotels that advertised "sound proof" rooms and the really are. My room was street side with a small balcony, am quite noise sensitive – windows closed, barely a sound.

Its a beautiful hotel very modern inside I recommend staying here. My room was gorgeous with a large bed, always with electricity, its warm and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They really went above and beyond for me. The food from the restaurant was delicious as well and very convenient with a fair price. Shops with everything you need is a 5 minute walk from the hotel The room had everything i needed, a kettle and stove were nice addition so I could make tea
