One of the best stays in 4 years in Ukraine! Staff – from front desk to security, restaurant to laundry service – truly went above and beyond in every aspect. The room was incredible, food at the restaurant was 5* at half the price one would pay in Kyiv, breakfast was outstanding and the location is in walking to distance to all one could/would require. One of the few Hotels that advertised "sound proof" rooms and the really are. My room was street side with a small balcony, am quite noise sensitive – windows closed, barely a sound.

The whole place is gorgeous! It has everything you need and that's perfect. Location is cool too - just several minutes drive from the city center, own parking, pet-friendly suites - cool!

Cozy hotel with friendly personal

Вперше зупинилися в цьому готелі. Ніяких очікувань не було. Але по приїзду, почала звертати на маленькі деталі. Вода з лимоном на ресепшн. Дружелюбна адміністраторка. Номер чистий , новенькі бархатні подушки, халати,водичка, ванна і туалет чистий. Кава і чай в номері є.На другий день принесли водичку і освіжили номер . Всім задоволена ☺️ Окремо хочу відмітити ресторан. Тут все таке смачне. Ми зупинялися тут 2 дні , і всі два дні були задоволені кухнею. Це було гастрономічне задоволення 🥹 Том ям, томатний суп, борщ, паста, лазанья,сніданки для для неї і для нього - були просто неперевершені. А шоколадний фондан це окрема любов. Ніде не куштувала краще. На свій бюджет цей готель 100 з 10. Видно що вкладають душу і серце. Рекомендую . Бажаю багато клієнтів і успіхів 😉

Quiet, nice staff and comfy bed

The breakfast is pretty simple, but it is perfect for the kids. Wifi connection was not good in one of the rooms. The staff was very helpful. Great for a nice rest.

A wonderful hotel in a very picturesque and quiet location on the river bank. Very comfortable beds with quality mattresses. Had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty. I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel very modern inside I recommend staying here. My room was gorgeous with a large bed, always with electricity, its warm and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They really went above and beyond for me. The food from the restaurant was delicious as well and very convenient with a fair price. Shops with everything you need is a 5 minute walk from the hotel The room had everything i needed, a kettle and stove were nice addition so I could make tea

Awesome location, about 10 minute walk to the castle. Lots of restaurants and other interesting attractions nearby. Awesome staff, clean room. I had a very pleasant stay.
