The staff were lovely, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff are customer-focused, and customer satisfaction is a top priority. During my long stay, I was very happy. Even the hotel's GM sent fruit and a letter with kind wishes as a complimentary gift to my room.  I really like breakfast. The food was fantastic. As a guest, I was very satisfied with the hotel staff's kind and positive attitude.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We need tickets printing to plan our onward journey and they were more than happy to help. They helped with luggage storage on arrival and after we signed out. Then when our taxi was delayed they called their own and it came promptly. The rooms are clean and tidy and well kept daily. We had a great view. We enquired about a shelter and a generator before booking and they did have these. This is my second visit and I'd recommend. Location - very close to the Palace of Sports, the metro stop and Gulliver shopping mall which was very convenient. The Maidan is just 20 minutes walk if you don't want to catch the metro.

Personnel demonstrates attention to any need of hotel guest, flawless check-in and check-out, good soundproofing, adequately priced breakfast in a cafe in the same building, spacious room. I am a returning guest and personnel remembers my requests to the room (not close to elevator and on upper levels)

I was looking for a nice quiet break in Kyiv. Instead what I got was a front row seat on Russia’s biggest drone and missile onslaught on the capital since the war began. The whole night the sky was lit up by anti-aircraft gunfire from the ППО. I even got to watch a drone getting shot down from my balcony.

Security, safe parking underground, air alert, premium bunker in case of emergency, room alert in case of attack, e felt very safe in this hotel. I will be back for sure! Best Kyiv Chicken in town. Nice restaurant, super friendly staff.
