Supporting Ukraine and giving this is a state owned hotel you can expect what you can expect. But the location is great with view on the Maidan and the staff was super friendly.

Location requires letter from hotel and passport to get in the front door. Google maps takes you to a road that is closed because of it being part of the SBU headquarters. Be aware.

Very clean, modern interior with great value for price.

I stayed here in Sep ‘23 and loved it. Reasonably CBD central, walking distance to everything, very close to shopping mall Gulliver, which has every shop under the sun, including supermarket bottom floor clean, very affordable for 3 star, staff very accommodating and super friendly.

Great location, comfortable beds and kind and professional service

I was looking for a nice quiet break in Kyiv. Instead what I got was a front row seat on Russia’s biggest drone and missile onslaught on the capital since the war began. The whole night the sky was lit up by anti-aircraft gunfire from the ППО. I even got to watch a drone getting shot down from my balcony.

Great location for an amazing price

This hotel feels like a dream from the moment you arrive, as it resembles a castle. Its central location near the Golden Gates of Kyiv offers easy access to excellent restaurants and cafes. The staff truly deserves commendation; despite the ongoing challenges in the country and issues with public utilities, they consistently strive to provide the best service, always with a smile.

Friendly friendly attentive staff

This hotel is very good. I have been to this hotel with my friends in 2021. Everything is perfect When I left this hotel last time, I forgot to take my water cup, so I went back to find the staff, and with their friendly help I found my cup. Thanks to booking for letting me see this hotel again.

The receptionist and the cleaning personnel were fantastic. Breakfast was great as well as restaurant staff. Overall, it was a very good stay.
