Had a wonderful family stay! The rooms were comfortable, and the staff made us feel at home.

I liked everything from the room to the breakfast. The provided services they had were amazing.

Size of the Room and the cleanliness of the room. Use of china ware instead of plastic and paper dishes.

We booked through booking. Com . When we got there they weren't able to host us for the night, the staff sent us to another hotel which we did not want. It wasn't the hotels fault, we are yet to hear from booking. Com about getting our money back. The hotel notified booking. Com that they couldn't take guests but booking.com still took non refundable bookings.

I tell you what, Folks, The Wife and I have stayed at a million hotels in this country, HOWEVER, this hotel was really fabulous. We were very impressed with the lobby, the cafe and the cleanliness of the floors. Our room was VERY clean, spacious, and I mean spacious. The floor we were on was very quiet. The bed was great, and the bathroom was spotless. We felt safe on the property (armed security guard 24/7).

Clean, easy to check in and check out. Great staff, plenty of free parking.

I booked this hotel via booking.com, and because I didn't arrive on the check-in date, booking.com canceled the reservation. To make matters worse, the hotel was sold out on this day. So I didnt have a valid reservation, and the hotel was sold out. The front desk officers escalated the challenge to a gentleman called Saud, who went above and beyond to get us settled. First, he ensured that booking.com reinstated my reservation and also secured accommodation for us at a close by Embassy hotel for the first night before returning us back to the hotel the next day. He also provided the transportation that took us to and from the other hotel. The next day, we were checked into our room early, and we enjoyed the rest of our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would surely visit again if I find myself in Houston.
