Do not book your room via booking.com or another third party...
Do not book your room via booking.com or another third party because if your reservation is incorrect they will not help you. Location is also horrible and because we used a third party certain rooms are given which are the closest to the interstate so you hear trucks all night long. If you want good customer service and a good night's sleep do not stay here.

Dan & the staff were super helpful & nice. Wd were upstairs on back side & if was peaceful. Hotel was 1 mile from the Fire Ant Festival, which was our main reason for coming to Ashburn. Hotel sits next to Carol’s Sausage & a great Mexican restaurant

The location was very good, breakfast was adequate and tatsy. The room was in a quiet location within the hotel, no issues sleeping and getting checked in/out.

Old, but clean. No new hotels in this town. Quiet. Nice staff. Good coffee. Good pillows and mattress. I would stay there again.
