Knights Inn - Baker City, hotel in Baker City

This Baker City hotel offers classically furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi and a cable TV. It features a seasonal outdoor pool and is just 1.4 miles from Quail Ridge Golf Course.

The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Since this was a rush booking I didn't compare the price to any other facilities. On whole it was over priced in my opinion. Rooms were clean and neat and had all the basics (microwave, fridge, tv). However, it was not the most updated facility. It was a bit worn down and manicured to cover some flaws. However, I LOVED the nostalgic pink tiled bath! This is an older place without updates. But if you are looking for a place to clean up and sleep it is fine. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Basic but overpriced.

We were there Saturday through Monday.

We were there Saturday through Monday. There were so many permanently closed or closed-at-the-moment restaurants that we had to resort to fast food a lot. Our hotel (Best Western) was disappointing. If one were to travel to Baker City, I think the only things that would be worth it are staying at the Geiser Grand Hotel and eating at their restaurant.

We have been driving by Baker city for years, perhaps stopping for gas. This year we needed a break on our trip from Arizona to Oregon. I had no idea how delightful old town Baker City was! So much history in the area and town, lovely Main Street with, shops, from clothes and galleries to toys and antiques. The art installation of metal sculptured African animals is fantastic! Coming from the desert, it was lovely to stroll by the Powder River in the well maintained park. We ate at Barley Brown’s Brew Pub; good food, drinks and friendly staff. Lots of friendly people topped our experience.

Unfortunately run down street-front motel, granted the room had been renovated. Disliked the run down Camping sites in the back and side of the Motel. Pictures on site gave much better impression than reality. Sorry !

There are several good restaurants in the downtown area of the city which is not right next to the Interstate. We especially enjoyed eating at Barley Brown's Brew Pub for the drinks, menu and service.

A wonderful and friendly small town in beautiful Eastern Oregon. Historic Baker City is wonderfully well kept, and is filled with great historic buildings on the usual very wide streets that these old cattle towns have. Baker City is filled with unusual civic art, including a wonderful rotating selection of sculpture. There are good restaurants including our favorite, Barley Browns Brewery and Restaurant. There are wonderful views of mountain peaks. This is a great place to base your visit to Eastern OR. Lodgings are limited here so be sure to plan ahead.

Baker City is a great old western town. People are amazing. Sadly we didn't have enough time to explore Baker City but it looked quaint. If you go, walk the neighourhoods, great classic brick house and well maintain areas.

It's great to find a "classic' motel that's being updated and well taken care of. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and complimentary breakfast was a step up from many we've experienced - had plenty of choices including scrambled eggs. hard boiled eggs, bacon, bagels, fruit and much more. Just off downtown Baker City so it was easy to walk to dinner.

This facility was ok for Baker City, the location was fine, we were having a small Family gathering for our 92 year old father. The PM receptionist was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, helped us with the TV.
