The location was excellent right off of I-90. The staff was very courteous and placed me in a very quiet room on the top floor as I requested. There were many guests staying there because of a concert, but my room was very quiet.

The breakfast buffet and restaurant on site was excellent. The hotel was very clean The staff were very pleasant and accommodating in all areas. I was there for a concert and enjoyed the casino too . Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Batavia is a great place to get away.

Batavia is a great place to get away. They have an awesome array of great bars and restaurants, stores and shopping. It's not a large city but has all the things you need. The casino is one of the cleanest casinos in all of New York. I always enjoy my stay while traveling to Batavia

We went for the casino, it's small but we had fun.

We went for the casino, it's small but we had fun. There's a great little restaurant just outside of town called Town and Country. The food was good, and they are busy all the time, prices were fair. Found a neat little candy store called Oliver's - the chocolate was outstanding!! and the owner was funny.

It is a very convenient area to stay especially if you are...

It is a very convenient area to stay especially if you are visiting Buffalo or Niagara Falls. The price of the lodging is much better than those areas if you want to cut some costs. There are many eating locations and stores for convenient shopping, as well, such as Target and Walmart.

Extremely friendly, honest, safe, clean, updated and quiet...

Extremely friendly, honest, safe, clean, updated and quiet accommodation! I like the easy access to the NY thruway and scenic areas of western NY. A great spot to visit north of there is Jeddo Mill Antiques on route 104 in Medina. Fun stop before taking the scenic drive west along Lake Ontario to Niagara.

The hotel smaller so bad. It smelled like old cat pee. It was so bad that the breakfast facilities weren’t available other than an ordered breakfast at front desk. It smelled soooo bad I wouldn’t eat there!! Asked them about and they said the manager would call me. I’m hoping to hear from them. They need to be aware of how bad it is!! The room smelled of smoke and other customers said the same I would never go back to this hotel!!! We arrived late so was too late to change locations and get our money back. Absolutely terrible. The carpet was dirty also

Breakfast ended too early at 9 am. Was made aware of breakfast hours. Belinda at front desk and the maids are all amazings! Thanks! Vinyl flooring in rooms. Super clean! Free large parking. Convenience store ans gas station on site. Plenty of restaurant options around. No elevators. Hotel has only 2 floors.
