United StatesWoman at the desk was friendly. Room was excellent . Very clean room, roomy, very comfortable bed, had a microwave, fridge and coffee, plenty hot water. Would definately stay here again.

Being together with family is always awesome, no matter the conditions. Having a hotel close by all of the festivities was awesome. That is honestly all I can say I enjoyed about my visit. The staff did respond to a flooding issue so that was nice they tried their best.

The staff I spoke to were nice…However, I had requested “non-smoking rooms”. The whole hotel smelled of smoking . There is more wrong than right.
