The best thing was the size of the room.
The best thing was the size of the room. It was very spacious. I also liked that the sink area was separate from the bath tub and toilet. However, the room was marginally clean. There were lots of dark short hairs on the floor in the bathroom and the carpet needs to be shampooed.

We have stayed there a lot over the years.
We have stayed there a lot over the years. But won't be staying there again. DId not like the manger. Jeff. It was supposed to be $304 and a $50 deposit. But there was a hold on my bank account of $268. The 3 days cost $304. That was a total of $572. Made my account overdrawn. Had to pay $10. And couldn't touch.
What little bit of money was available in my account. Took a week to get fixed. We travel a lot. We stay at a lot of motels. Have never had that happen to us. It hurt. This summer we needed a motel room every 13 day. It's sad that's how they do paying customers.

Me and my family had a long drive.
Me and my family had a long drive. We were all very tired but after getting to motel 6 in Bernalillo we unloaded are stuff and had to go attend a funeral. Came back and fell straight to sleep. Room was clean everything worked we had a microwave,refrigerator, A/C working. We had towels, washcloths, little soaps and ice bucket. No problems. No loud noises. Hall was clean. They had 3 vending machines in front entry .One of them wasn’t working the juices, but the others were. At 5 o’clock in the morning, they had coffee available in the front. Staff was very helpful. Went to the front asked for a trash bag and toilet paper and they gave it to us. We put it in the room. Second night we stayed the room was not dirty so they didn’t do housekeeping but it was OK cause we had stayed over night anyway and it was not dirty. We picked up and fixed the beds empty our own trash.There is no pool, but that’s OK. They have a good parking car was safe. Overall, it was a great price for the two nights. I have no complaints very Helpful and friendly staff. Thank you we will be back if I ever need to come back to Bernalillo.

Staff was rude and unprofessional especially when yelling at...
Staff was rude and unprofessional especially when yelling at other customers in front of other guests. Even got threatened by the manager that she was gonna call the police in 20 minutes if we didn't vacate the room. All because the booking site wasn't showing up on her end. Now I GOT 3 FREAKING BOOKING CANCELLATIONS WITH OVER $60.00 FEE EACH ONE WHEN THIS ALL COULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. I FELT AS IF I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST AND AS IF SHE WAS PASSING JUDGMENT UPON ME AND MY GUESTS. I even had to unclog my own toilet in my room.

Booking.com stated $109, ended up paying $150 when asked they said there are different locations. I would not of booked the location without a price.
But the rooms were great an I loved my stay. I held on one CC and checked out with another the money on the CC that was holding the room was authorized than said it wouldn't go back for 7 days.

We went to the Holocausts Energy Museum with our son and spent two hours there! I could have spent longer but we had other things to do. I can't wait to go back.
There were two main casinos there which we visited both. I couldn't decide which I liked best. We had lots of fun.
There is a lot of traffic and with the river running through the heart of it, it can be difficult at times. Seems like it shouldn't take 30 minutes to go 8-10 miles. Oh well.

Good room, nice breakfast.
Friendly staff at the reception. Wished every hotel had an Irene working at the reception.
They opened breakfast already at 04.00 AM because of the balloon festival. Super.

Hospitality...Irene is one great Manager. I've met her at the Holiday Inn Express and at this Day's Inn and she's very awesome at her job making guests feel welcome.

The management is much improved. There were some upgrades in hotel, but, more needs to be done. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the past years.
