United KingdomThe hotel & room were very clean and new. We had a king room which i was extremely impressed by the size of the room. The reception staff were very nice, welcoming and extremely helpful we really enjoyed staying here. The breakfast was great as well.
The hotel provided earplugs which i didn’t understand until during the night when I could hear the person in the next room snoring!! At first i thought it was my husband but this time - no - the noise was coming from the next hotel room. The new build walls must be thin - the free earplugs were greatfully accepted and used. Our overall stay was great and i would recommend staying here i would say 10/10 because how clean everywhere was.

United StatesThe front desk staff was amazing. The first room they gave us had a funny smell, we are not people to complain but we thought we would ask if we could possibly change rooms. Without hesitation they switched our room and I must say I think we were given the best room!! It was nice and roomy and our view was amazing from the third floor!! Also the property was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The oak trees are majestic. We have stayed at the White House before and we will definitely be back again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My trip was to short!
My trip was to short! Next time will have to stay at least 2 weeks. So much to see and do! Absolutely great to be so close to the beach and water. Saved 1 rock from the beach, think it is a piece of coral anyway I love it.
We went during hurricane season, but had really great weather. I think it rained for 15 minutes one day the rest of the time the weather was really good.

We didn’t do much away from hotel.
We didn’t do much away from hotel. Only went to a couple of restaurants. City seems to be pretty quiet and people were nice.We ate at a Chinese restaurant close to hotel I can’t remember the name but, food was really tasty. We ate breakfast at Waffle House close to hotel and employees were superb and so was the food. It was easy to locate places.

Our favorite spot was the Waffle House not far from the hotel. We did eat from the places at the hotel but very expensive but potions was good. The traffic was crazy and very busy for us. We only went to rest didn't do anything tried the beach but couldn't figure that out I guess we had no good directions.

All the restaurants overpriced their food over and all the food was good. Try to get into a place to get breakfast early in the morning. Every place was packed either you had to wait 30 minutes wait time and then they want you to eat and get up to get the next people in the service in the restaurant was very good but again the food was overpriced for what you got

Bathroom was filthy at check-in.
Bathroom was filthy at check-in. Blonde hairs all over the sink and counter. Towels had unpleasant smell. No soap or body wash. Called front desk to report it but absolute nothing happened. Went down to the front desk the next morning to re-state my complaint and politely request my room be cleaned. The manager smiled in my face and told me it would be taken care of. Came back to the room hours later so see that once again absolutely nothing had been done. Finally went a store and bought my own soap and suffered through the gross towels.
Funny thing is the customer before me in the line at the front desk was complaining about her room too. I wish I had been as hard on them as she was- maybe I would have gotten some results. Don't be a nice guy with these people-- they don't comprehend it.

Biloxi is a wonderful city.
Biloxi is a wonderful city. It is great for family travel - beaches, museums, so many restaurants! It is also a romantic getaway for couples, with multiple casinos to try your luck. Long, romantic walks down the beaches, and secluded eateries serving fine wines and spirits make Biloxi a memorable trip!

The is by far the best value I have found in a hotel. The halls were clean, the room was comfortable, the air was fresh, and the staff was friendly. And for $54 I got a room for my wife and I, right on the beach! I was blown away. It is small, but way beyond the expected value

STAFF WAS KIND AND FRIENDLY, HOTEL AND ROOMS SUPER CLEAN RESERVATIONS WERE IN ORDER NO ISSUE CHECKING IN CONVENIENT PARKING. LOVE THE MUSIC PLAYING THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL.
