Great location to stop for a night, particularly for tourists travelling between NPs like Arches + Canyonlands and Capitol Reef or Monument Valley. Nicely arranged room with wood furniture and nice hand-made decorations. Very good, non-standard breakfast!

This is an incredibly well-equipped house with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The location is quiet. We saw deer and wild turkeys daily. The property is within driving distance of the most interesting sights in southeast Utah. We visited Monument Valley, Bears Ears National Monument, Hovenweep National Monument, Newspaper Rock, and Gooseneck State Park.
