Nice clean property, very nice staff, but no weatherstrip under entry door to room, allowing noise and light to bleed thru all night. Also, the closet door and door to the bathroom were not properly adjusted and rubbed a great deal or were difficult to latch. Finally, the placement of the shower head was not done well. It shoots water towards the shower curtain. Water ended up flooding the floor in the bathroom. The next morning

What is there not to enjoy, value, love??!
What is there not to enjoy, value, love??! So quaint the downtown area and then drive but a few minutes or so and you are in Hilton Head! We loved the OKATIE ALE RESTAURNANT--so fun in the early evening with music on the patio and TIKI the alligator below the deck! SO FUN THERE!
Then we enjoyed 100% HUDSONS ON THE DOCK; we were seated outside on the deck with a view of the water and service and food were off the charts! Even the manager, Chris, came by and chatted with us--so warm, and kind and fun. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR HELPING MY HUSBANDS 71ST BIRTHDAY SURPRISE A SUCCESS!!!!

Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk...
Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk to the pier, and play on the swings. It is also worth the walk down the main street to visit the shops, especially the bead shop. We ate at the Squat N' Gobble multiple times because it is so good and they offer gluten free options.

Pretty neat area.
Pretty neat area. Of course there are multiple golf courses but we were not golfing this time. The area is centrally located and you can get to Savannah and Parris Island within
30 minutes or so. Be aware- the traffic is horrible most of the time. The traffic lights-you will hit every single one red. Get to know the “back” roads to avoid Fording Island Rd.

The stay was really excellent except that we saw 2 roaches. We did inform the desk person that they needed to exterminate.
As for me, I always take bug spray and every other spray with me, because people do bring bugs/ roaches with them!
As for the HOTEL it's self, it was extremly clean, quiet, etc. Oh, the elevator was out of order so I told them that I needed 1st floor...and my request was honored!

Very convenient location as we were visiting family in both Bluffton and HHI. Very nice park directly across street with excellent playground, splash pad and dog park. Host very responsive and kindly left treats for the dog. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is falling apart and dirty. There were chunks of carpet missing in the hallways. The bathroom was dirty in every way. Any repair that was done was performed by someone unqualified or they just didn’t care.
