I just want to thank the manager Jaren. This trip to Boston was a traumatic one and I arrived at the hotel 2:00am at night having frantically searched for nearer hotel from Logan airport! I had nothing planned as I was made stranded at the airport. Jaren took me in, he made sure that check in process was smooth and efficient for me . As you can imagine, distressed crying and shocked by being stranded he made sure I kept calm. Luckily a room was ready for me that night, and I had all my Bank cards With me . He was a angel Sent to me by God. He gave me a bottle Of water and some snacks for the night as I was hungry and no restaurant was open. Jaren god bless You for everything. My trip wouldn’t of ended positively if it wasn’t for You. I am so grateful to God that I met You that night !

Felt inviting. Location across the street from the Prudential Center, down the street from lots of other activities. The Hotel, itself, felt like a boutique hotel, small, yet had all the things necessary. Their Restaurant was closed for renovations but they were quick to suggest local spots. Concierge was very helpful in assisting us with an outside issue. It was our anniversary, they knew it and surprised us with a lovely tray of goodies. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent. In the heart of BackBay, near the beautiful Newbury street, the parks and Copley place. The staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are small but nice and well equipped. We also had dinner in the hotel's restaurant which was very good.
