The location was perfect!! Just a walk across the street and we were on the beach!! The accommodations was super cute and clean!! Very Coastal !! Had trouble with coffee maker upon arrival, but within the day a new one was delivered to the door!! Not as busy as northern part of island!! Would definitely stay again!

We were fortunate enough to book all 5 rooms at the Boutique Inn for 5 couples staying in town for my husbands 40th birthday. From the beginning communication with Maria was consistent, clear and helpful. I even mailed her decorations and arranged to have food brought in, etc. for everyone's arrival from the airport and my husbands surprise. Jose was also in constant communication leading up to our stay to ensure that everything went smoothly and I really cannot thank them enough for that. I had a million questions and they were patient and helpful with each and every one of them! The house itself is amazing. If you know the island you know that you won't find a better location. A stones throw from the beach, bridge street and the trolley. You will be able to walk anywhere you want to go. The amenities were above and beyond. Each of the five rooms are designed beautifully and different yet all have the same luxuries including the nice bathrooms, king sized beds (super comfy), customized AC units, fridge and coffee pot and each room even provided champagne, robes and slippers. We were blessed to find this level of amenities for 10 people outside of a traditional hotel. The shared spaces down by the pool/hot tub and upstairs in the game area/kitchen were perfect common areas for our group. We wished we would have used the roof top deck more in the mornings! The view with a cup of coffee is unlike any other! We LOVED this house and Maria and Mark went above and beyond thinking of everything as usual. This was not our first time staying at one of their properties and it certainly will not be our last. We can't thank them for sharing this property with all of us.

Easy access to the beach, Beach Towels available, they supplied umbrellas and chairs for the beach with no extra cost. The pool areas were clean and so were the condo hallways and parking areas. Restaurants were within walking distance or you can always call the Monkey Bus for transportation to Bridge Street.

We only stayed one night.
We only stayed one night. It was a quick last minute beach trip so we could not explore more of Ana Maria Island. Next time we hope to stay an extra day. Upon arriving we headed straight to the beach a few hours before check-in. Our stay was a quick 3 minute walk from Playa Esmeralda Boutique Inn. The area near Cortez Rd W. has public parking which is nice even though we did not need it. We planned our trip at the beginning of October when the beaches are less crowded and the water is not as warm so it feels refreshing. The outside temperature is still about 85 degrees and sunny. The next day we traveled to the tip of bean Point. the sand here is very soft but there is no public parking. Its all residential. You need to find parking well before getting to the Point. Manatee Public Beach has a large parking lot. Did notice a couple of other smaller lots but not much. The rest of the 2-3 mile stretch has small beach access paths. - 10

Manatee beach park in Holmes beach (near center of island on gulf side) has a nice gift shop and restaurant and ice cream. Drum circle on Friday nights, live music, lifeguard and facilities. Pretty wide beach. Also Beane Point is a must see! Best restaurant by far is Lazy Lobster on Longboat key south of AMI just over small bridge and on the left approximately 6 mi from BBR. It’s in a little strip mall area on the left. There’s also an ice cream shop there. We went for early dining 3:30-5:00. Great specials and atmosphere. Casual with fantastic service. Everything we’ve tried there is delicious and we go every time we visit AMI. Jackie at BBR at front desk was so sweet and helpful and the grounds were pretty. Nice clean pool with ice machine there. Giant chess set on outdoor table and grills to use and very comfortable lounge chairs with umbrellas. Can’t wait to go back!

A beautiful world class beach with gorgeous blue-green water and nice sand. The beaches are wide and were not over populated at this time of the year (June). Night breezes helped cool off the place and the beach walks were fantastic. We enjoyed the star filled night on the beach chaise lounges. Truly a wonderful memory for us!

It was a nice beach community. It has a good mix of resturants and shops, most within walking distance. They had a very nice fishing pier which was free to use. It had a nice little bait and tackle shop, where you could rent fishing poles. There is a Publix Supermarket at Holmes Beach just a couple of miles away.William - 10

The beaches were definitely less crowded. I think Bradenton is a great middle ground for staying where you are with walking distance food and shops or going out and explorering other beaches.. we were here for a week and had the time to take a drive to go check out the other beaches south of Bradenton. Takes about 35 mins to drive down to the bottom of that key south of Sarasota which were also great, you will run into a nice shopping area along the way. We drove north to check out Clearwater Beach and to drive over the sky Bridge. Definitely was a lot more crowded with the high rise hotels, but still a nice time walking the Clearwater beach and checking out the small shops on the pier. Probably best place for some beach bling.. also another must is checking out the "Dolphin Racer" tour locates in St Pete's. Absolutely best bang for your buck. Was about a 2 hr boat ride for under 20 bucks on Groupon. 26.00 Without Groupon and you will see dolphins. Then back to the quiet Anna Maria Island, truly is a hidden gem.Dennis - 10

We really enjoyed our stay !!! We had lunch at Tide Tables and drinks and chips & salsa at Wicked Cantina. We ordered pizza from Oma's and it arrived quickly and hot. I would love to keep this place a a secret but.... I want them to do well with their business. We will be back !!

The beach was just across the street and they had lounge chairs dedicated to our hotel. They also provided a beach umbrella as well as separate Beach towels.
