This hotel is spectacular and really set the bar for every future stay in Downtown Miami. The location, although on the outskirt of Downtown Brickell, was close enough to walk to the desired sites, discover new places, and it also allowed me to get my steps in, a win-win. My family loved the room which was very spacious; and we stayed on the 8th floor with a view of the pool and a partial skyline. There is also a gym. The layout of the lobby is beautiful & welcoming; with access to a microwave and 24/7 coffee station. The wifi was fast which was a plus. The hotel is very modern and instagrammable; perfect for a family vacation or a girl's getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well-lit. The staff did a pretty good job at cleaning the rooms. I loved the fact that there was an ice machine and water cooler. Bonus points. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and my son enjoyed the eggs and pancake every morning. My family felt safe and there are restaurants and a gas station nearby. It's also on the main stretch where the Trolley and bus pass, so public transportation is accessible. I would definitely recommend Tru by Hilton to friends & family, and also stay on future trips.

Clean Comfortable Great location

A great hotel in the financial district of Miami. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was fantastic, the food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect. Just a 3 min walk to the Miami Mover (free) and the train that goes to the airport. From here you can get pretty much anywhere. There were also trolley cars and buses. New Liquor store across the street and tins of restaurants within walking distance. The lobby bar was called wxyz and for just $11 you can have a tasty Bacon cheeseburger and their apps were well priced with good portions. The police presence at night was enough to make us totally comfortable walking the streets. The pool wasn't heated was the only knock we could have had but it was January and we still went for a refreshing dip. The rooms were comfortable and clean and they have tons of couches in the lobby area to enjoy a coffee. Within a five to ten min walk from here there are restaurants, clubs, the Brickel Centre, Publix, pharmacies, banks, and as mentioned great access to public transportation. South Beach is only a 15-20 min Lyft or Uber away and Little Havana is just a 12 min bus ride. We would stay here again no problem. Also, Bayfront Park is just a 10 min ride away on the Miami Mover which is an automated train. Very cool.

It has an insane location in the middle of Brickell, which is affordable compared to other options. We were 8 in the group so the rooms got pretty messy but the cleaning staff made them look brand new when we came back. The ladies at the front desk are accommodating, I also got a package delivered 7 days before my arrival and they held it and got it delivered to my room. We arrived at 11 am and THEY GOT OUR ROOMS READY!!!

Very convenient for the monorail station just 5 minute walk away. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delighted to receive an upgrade to a wonderful ocean view apartment which had cracking views. I was impressed all round.

Everyone working on the 2nd floor, including the reception team and bartenders, was exceptionally friendly, collaborative, and genuinely made my stay joyful. A special thank you and great appreciation to Kat and the housekeeping team for immediately reaching out to me regarding my lost item. Their promptness and care were greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very new. Everything is so clean. The location is superb, right in the downtown of Miami. The train station is opposite. Supermarket is a few steps away. I definitely will stay again.

Size of the room was amazing and having a kitchen was great. Design of the room is beautiful. All facilities and amenities were great.

The location was perfect for us, big studio (2 queen beds and one big sofa-bed) accommodating a family of five. Everything was available upon request (room service, valet parking...).

Hotel is located at an excellent location, walking distance to pretty much everything you would ever want. Calle Ocho is nearby as well. Good eatery options around and local market as well. Staff was nice, there was a lady in the morning who was super helpful and cordial. Rooms were nice, clean and secure. Good property.
