Beautiful shops and the Farmer's Market is worth visiting.

Beautiful shops and the Farmer's Market is worth visiting. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit and the cemetery and play area were added features for our families trip. We will be back soon to see everything we might have missed. (Favorite Farmer's Market Find for Christmas gifts was "My Wife's Candles", I think that was the business name.)

The room had the WOW factor to it.Everything was exceptional - Beds, lighting, bathroom, ample area to access your luggage and sitting area. Only thing the coffee Keurig didn’t run water thru it. I could have easily stayed longer and enjoy the stay ping in that room for a bit longer.

We booked through a third party which immediately gives you less attention at the hotel. The room originally reserved was a king suite, upon arrival we were given a standard dual queen bed room. This hotel backs to US-23 Expressway which of course is where our room was. Noise, noise, noise no rest here. Between the expressway and noisy non caring guests with young children allowed to run the halls and run around in the room next to use, what are we teaching our children about respect for others?

My initial impression of Homewood Suites in Brighton was positive, the property is clean and spacious when you first walk in. The suite layout is great for longer stays, with a well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, dining table), a comfortable living area with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV, and a separate bedroom which adds privacy. The gym was also well-equipped and a definite plus. Breakfast was good.

The staff was great. Room was very nice and clean, included everything you would need. Even though hotel was full from a cheer leading competition and a touch football tournament it was quiet at night and the lovely lady who was working breakfast kept up with the rushes while being up beat and friendly the entire time.
