Kind staff and at least the bedroom didn’t have carpet only hard floors which looked clean

The hotel is very close to the train station, 30 min to Lagarde airport. Also walking distance to some shops. Value for money 💰. I will recommend it if you don't want to spend money.

The staff was very friendly, there was 24 hours presence of staff, the room was warm, the bed was excellent. We got an extra blanket when we asked. every day there were fresh towels.

We arrived 1:30 am, way past the check in time of 3:00pm. The hotel was kind enough to take us in.

The whole hotel experience felt “premium” I really enjoyed it from the moment I stepped in. The staff were really professional and welcoming. The location is great too as I could walk to the locations of most of the “basic necessities” if the hotel didn’t have it. The room size I took was fine for me as a solo traveler but if you’re going with more persons I would recommend upgrading to a larger room for sure especially if you think you might have to eat inside the room for whatever reason.

We loved everything about this hotel – from the modern design and stylish decor to the cleanliness, which was always impeccable and beyond expectations. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the location was quiet and safe, and everything we needed was just a short walk away, including a delightful bakery. The bed and mattress were exceptionally comfortable, and despite the size of the room, the space was organized perfectly. A small bonus: the complimentary tea and coffee every morning was fantastic, and we enjoyed having breakfast there. We are delighted!

The staff were beyond helpful at all times. Fidel was our main point of contact and was so very thoughtful. He upgraded our room to a larger suite so we had a bed each as well as a kitchen area. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast is simple, two cereal options, bagels with choice of toppings prepared by a lovely lady. Very basic provisions on a Saturday for breakfast as it’s the Sabbath. Area is not the quietest as it’s New York and they do like using their car horns. Two subway stations within a 10 minute or so walk. Lots of places to eat and drink within about 10-30 minute walk.
