Nice place, nice location. The lobby is pretty cool.

It was close to my friend, handy to restaurants and even repainted during my stay without inconvenience to me.

Great location for airport, with free shuttle bus.

Nice and clean with good fragrance in the room. TV had YouTube and WiFi with Apps to watch different programs.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable

Only stayed one night for a concert in Feb with my little sister but the Staff was friendly and knowledgeable from the time we enter the hotel. Room was clean, lobby was clean, thankful for Valet parking. Overall I have no real complaints( beside the ugly construction view we had out the window), Thank You to the staff for being so friendly and being sure we understand everything.

Clean, beautiful room, great communication

Large rooms, especially the suites, was lucky to get both joining rooms. Starbucks in the lobby. Lovely bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy, huge beds. Good air-con. Stayed at part of our national hockey team they weee so accommodating.

Xavier was wonderful greeting us very late in the evening during a dramatic thunderstorm in Buffalo. This is a magnificent building repurposed and beautifully restored thanks to a prominent civic leader. It has a fascinating backstory laid out in a small museum located in the bowels of the main block. If you like memorable, then this is the location for you.

Our stay on the way home they put us in a gorgeous corner room on the 9th or 8th floor

Very nice hotel with good facilities and valet parking . Maurice the parking attendant was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant served excellent food

Our experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Downtown was very comfortable and straightforward. The accommodation was highly satisfactory; the room itself was notably spacious, and the soft bedding ensured a relaxing night's sleep. A major benefit is that a breakfast is included with all booking options, which proves to be an excellent feature, especially considering the lack of readily available restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. For quick supply needs, having a Walmart nearby was also quite convenient. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable, serving its purpose well as a reliable, non-premium option.

Very good room we stayed in 2nd floor with pool view. Microwave also avilb.breakfast was good..would have been better if pan cake was avilb Very good swiming pool for family to spend time.. Nearby mall had food court...indian food .. Free shuttle to airport any time.

Nice clean and comfortable. Plus the staff were extremely polite, sweet and helpful. Breakfast was superb.

Hotel is in a great location if your going to the key bank centre. Easy walk straight down the road. The hotel is old but in a historic way. The bed was super comfy. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

we have booked smoking room by accident, there was no issue with changing to non-smoking at check in great breakfast free parking bathroom sink with mirror is separated from the rest of bathroom, so you don't need to wait when someone occupy shower or toilet 20 minutes to Niagara Falls by car

We loved staying at InnBuffalo. Joe and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt at home and would definitely stay again
