The location was so peaceful. The rooms were clean. The elevator came quickly. The hospitality of the staff was awesome. There was a coffee station and a couple of wending machines.

Nice place, nice location. The lobby is pretty cool.

Everything was great. Stuff was helpful and polite. Also convenient localisation in the downtown. Spacious Rooms with a bath.

Clean, modern, great location. Not too noisy.

Right next to the airport so it was easy for us to catch a very early flight. They also offer an airport shuttle for free, we truly appreciated this!

I like the location, the rate and the friendly staff.

very clean room and bathroom. Super comfortable bed and minii fridge. very nice smell. Host was even responding to my call at midnight due to late arrival Coffee Machine in the room 15. Min walk to the nearest coffee place for food. Nearest Walgreens 30 Min.walk

Comfy beds, WiFi worked well, small kitchen with large fridge included which was helpful for us, air-con was just right and not too loud.

I like the history of the building. They did a great job updating, but celebrating the character of the original building.

Quick and convenient.check in. Great location No issues

It was a comfortable stay and very central location. The Greyhound bus to Canada and other locations are about a 10minutes walk from the hotel. There are also a lot of restaurants around and the hotel also has small mini mart at the reception.

The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.

Very nice hotel with good facilities and valet parking . Maurice the parking attendant was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant served excellent food

Our experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Downtown was very comfortable and straightforward. The accommodation was highly satisfactory; the room itself was notably spacious, and the soft bedding ensured a relaxing night's sleep. A major benefit is that a breakfast is included with all booking options, which proves to be an excellent feature, especially considering the lack of readily available restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. For quick supply needs, having a Walmart nearby was also quite convenient. Overall, everything was well-maintained and comfortable, serving its purpose well as a reliable, non-premium option.

Very friendly staff and the bar down stairs had amazing drinks and appetizers

We got upgraded to a better room because our room didn’t had a microwave. They a realy big pool and a decent gym. Everything is realy well decorated with a jungle vibe. I realy recomend going, but the food options could have been a little better.

Loved the accommodations of the hotel. Hotel is connected to Bella Ciao which is a 5 star restaurant in downtown Buffalo. With you stay at this embassy, each guess gets 2 complimentary drinks from Bella Ciao and free breakfast
