AlbaniaI can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are huge, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the hot tub is hot, the staff are amazing, and the entire place is chock full of little wonderful extras. For example, there is a bowl of fresh fruit at the front desk that anyone can help themselves to at any time. There is a coffee and hot chocolate stand in the lobby for the same purpose. The breakfast blew our socks off. It included a wide array of truly delicious hot choices, plus tons of fancy fresh cut fruit (pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, melon, etc..... which is a big deal when those things are off season because it's the middle of Jan), plus fresh baked goodies, real juice, cereals, etc etc etc. This place is an absolute steal for the price and I cannot recommend it enough.

CanadaGot in late as we where just passing through. Very friendly and helpful front desk lady. Had a great night rest after a 12 hour drive. Nice breakfast the next morning got us back on the road again.

I grew up in Butte so I have mixed feelings about return...
I grew up in Butte so I have mixed feelings about return trips. I see how things have changed. Two things remain - pasties from Joe's on Grand Ave and "pork chop John's" sandwiches on East Mercury St - both not to be missed!!
Butte has a colorful history - mining and the rough and tumble city of immigrants. The location in the Northern Rockies is lovely - a city that was a mile high and a mile deep! Mining copper was king!!
I left after college and moved to a big city as I wanted to work in a "big city" hospital, in a less harsh climate. I stayed and married there and am there today. My husband and I left for 7 yrs but returned...I was delighted to return to the hustle and bustle.
It was a good choice for me in the mid 1960's!!

Butte has a variety of historical interests.
Butte has a variety of historical interests. The mining and mineral museums are quite interesting. I would like to do one of the tours next time I'm in town, The Underground tour. I would also like to visit Hell Roaring Gulch.

The Mineral Museum at the Montana Technical College is super...
The Mineral Museum at the Montana Technical College is super cool! They had specimens from around the world, even ones that glow! Especially for being a free museum, it's a must-see. We didnt really go anywhere else in Butte. We were only staying as a part-way point to Crystal Park.

Staff at the Rocker Inn were very friendly and helpful.
Staff at the Rocker Inn were very friendly and helpful. There was a water contamination issue so places to eat were scarce in Butte. Majority of locals were very helpful with suggestions and approachable. Deer Lodge had an absolutely wonderful diner-K & M Breakfast, Burgers and More that was only a half hour away and the food was amazing!

We were in Butte to visit my Mother at a care facility.
We were in Butte to visit my Mother at a care facility. Nonetheless, our visit was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Two Bean quilts and MacKenzie River Pizza Company as must see locations for sewing and eating respectively.

The staff at the front desk when we checked in were friendly, professional and very welcoming. Room appeared to have been recently renovated. It was clean and the bed very comfortable! We booked the hotel based on it's breakfast reviews. The breakfast did not disappoint. All the hotel staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is well located with many choices for restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast choices were fairly typical, but well presented and hot. We've stayed here before and will return in the future.

The hotel is located in a great location, just off of the I15 and yet in a quiet area. There is a nice walking path next to the hotel. They welcome dogs, for a small fee, which is great. Rooms were clean.
