Clean, staff friendly, big room

Good breakfast, nice room, but why always at the end of the hall?

Strongly recommend, best location and easy to access to the downtown and campus also by bus (50 mt to the public bus station) . Clean room very comfortable, the staff are very kind too

Friendly and happy staff. Clean room and excellent breakfast. Loved the swimming pool which has good opening hours allowing a late or early swim session. Will definately be back.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast staff and the bartender at night were especially nice and made an effort to connect with guests. The fitness center was basic but had all the necessary items. I did not use the pool but for families with kids, it is a great plus to have an indoor pool.

The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant staff were very friendly. Wonderful experience!

The room is clean although the facilities is a little bit old. The complimentary cookies are really helpful when I left in the early morning before breakfast to catch the plane.

The front desk staff Zoe and her manager, a gentleman whose name I don't know are very nice. I spent almost two hours to check in due to booking's issue. Zoe and her manager accompanied me to call booking, particularly her manager lent me his iPhone to call and talked to Booking customer service on the solution.

It was just a terrible experience from check in to check out. Bathroom door would close all the way. Room door would close till you messed with it. Breakfast wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. Staff was walking in the kitchen area in their pajamas. 1/10

Great staff, ample space. 10 minute drive to campus. Nearby restaurants. Standard continental hot breakfast

The staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We needed to cook and one of the burners wasn't in working. He changed our room, upgraded and was really professional about the whole thing. Also close to shopping especially from the back of the hotel
