Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options for a range of tastes.

Location, room, staff was much nicer than last year's staff.

I liked the proximity to restaurants and food locations.

The location from the viewpoint of geographical viewpoint to the airport was very nice.

8:30 AM The Egg and bacon tray were for all intents & purposes empty. The plastic utensil holder was empty. The staff were busy running around trying to take of the needs

Coffee was good.attendent showed me where to go

Great location for us, plenty of restaurants and shops around and only 20mins by car into Syracuse

Because of work I needed to check in prior to regular check in times. The property manager worked with me to make that possible so I could meet the tax deadlines!

Brand New! The hotel had started just two days before! Everything was spic and span! So new! New everything! Felt amazing! 1. Lots of free parking, lots of ev parking as well 2. Great breakfast with lots of options, fresh waffles that you can make instantly, different types of eggs, cereals, fruits, etc etc 3. Very welcoming staff 4. Maintenance officer came and checked our TV to make sure all in working condition so we could watch the world series 5.kitchenette well equipped 6. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed 7. Big TV with personalized welcome with my name ( nice touch) 8. Very spacious rooms 9. Convenient location 10. Comfortable beds 11. Roll away desk and chair in room

Good selection at breakfast Good to have a shuttle to collect us from the airport. However, a little vague as to which vehicle colour / type. Staff all very friendly
